sucked

because i have been since 5th grade, and that's more than 4 years now 

and it's horrible because for 4 years i've been looking at this as self-care, i still do, and now it's progressed from trich to dermatillomania and i'm getting infections and uuuuuuuuuuuugh

and what's worse is that i don't want to stop. i've been in therapy and on meds since i was fucking 10 years old to control my anxiety/"emotional disorder" 

and fucking hell am i thankful for my meds because if i didn't have them i'd be a quivering wreck (probably be a straight A+ student though, at the cost of all my hair and happiness)

but yeah

i self harm

and i'm not planning on stopping any time soon

because 

i

feel like it

maybe someday 

buuuuuuuuuuuuut not in the foreseeable future

like the most i can do at this point is keep it under control, which means no bald spots and no infections and no scars, which is somewhat reasonable i think
