Well, here it goes.

If you believe in the multiverse, then you must believe in at least some semblance of a god or otherworldly being because to believe in the multiverse is to believe in all versions of, well... everything. So to be multiversalist (that’s... not a word, but you get it) you have to be a theist to an extent.

OKAY, so I have these two friends.

One does NOT like action movies, especially super hero movies and stuff like that. (This is the kind of friend who refused to watch any Fast & Furious and has only watched one LotR because I managed to prompt her.) HOWEVER the one super hero kind of deal she does like (and LOVES by the way) is Deadpool.

The other friend doesn’t like gore and such. They’re not a big fan of violence. HOWEVER their exception is ALSO Deadpool.

So just to confirm with people: Deadpool is the exception to the rules right?

If you then put into play the fact that that second friend (the gore no-goer) actively enjoyed Six Underground, featuring Ryan Reynolds, and I KNOW that my other friend (super hero no-goer) enjoys films featuring the aforementioned movie star (save for F&F: H&S because they REFUSE to watch it), there can only be one conclusion.

Ryan Reynolds is the exception.

Or am I just crazy?

The Sun is also a Star

The only difference is the name and when we on Earth see them. 

The sun warms our day and allows us to live. They have planets and such in their orbit, caring for each one. The stars are there as memories, shadows of the past still imprinted. They guide us (e.g. the North Star) to where we need to go and through that, provide comfort. A star could be a sun. A sun is always a star.

Both emit warmth and light. Both could have a possible supernova that could consume all around, leaving behind black holes. It’s just what’s there, what’s gravitating and orbiting and the size of the star.

We do not realise the huge force and sheer size of them every entirely, really. How could we?

Are you scared of change? Don’t worry. The universe is too! So much so that it forces everything in place. And our greatest example: gravity! Because as  long as we remain in the Earth’s gravitational field, the force on this is going to try and pull us back.

So you’re not alone, whoever is reading and this applies to! The universe is horrified of it too!

You always think that nobody understands, and no one ever will.

People out there tell you to open up and share and trust, and that’s the only way for others to understand and to care. They make it sound simple, really. Easy. 

But why open up and have the chance of rejection instead of the care that we yearn for? Why get hurt even more? This distrust is a result of something. And trust? Trust is a two way street and gives way to care. Some people need someone else to take a small first step before then and to encourage them and show them someone cares, to have someone to be able to trust them to be there. 

Plus... have they ever learnt to try and trust as well?

Trust takes time and trust takes effort. Trust means that you care and it takes more than one person to build it normally.

So yeah, you will always believe that nobody understands you until someone from either side opens up, even slightly. It is our choice to either begin or to wait though. And it’s something I’m guilty of too. 

But I’ll get there, over time and belief. First with myself... then others.

Trust is a two way street. It requires time, effort and we don’t know if it’ll be worth it, but someone has to start it to find out... right?
