Hi there!
So i’ve been thinking about what to begin with but even after giving it a serious thought for a period of over a week, I couldn’t come up with anything appealing to me.Then just today morning, I came across an answer written by one of my admired writers on Quora, where she simply put it as ‘if u like writing, u could write about anything..starting from the first thing you saw this morning to the thoughts going on in your head at any given moment or maybe just about a situation or an incident that you came across or heard about.’
Currently, my mind is a mess. A home to a million thoughts at the same time, all connected & yet all distinct. Its a jumble, a puzzle. But I don’t even know if I’ve all the pieces of it yet. So I'm also searching for the question. Because I've a feeling that the answer is somewhere in the question itself. The answer that I’m so desperately seeking. The answer that will bring me contentment. My salvation, even if it lasts for a fleeting day. Because that is a lot of time. Few seconds are more than enough to change everything as you know it & transport you into a foreign world where you don’t recognise anyone & anything. & eventually that desolation brings you to question yourself, do I even know who I'm or what I've become anymore?
That rock bottom is hit by every person at some point in their life but the difference lies in the way they arise from it. While some people let their mis-happenings define them, there are others that rise above it all stronger than even they thought possible. The later attitude is a boon, hence most aspired too. & once you’ve been there, experienced that..you see the world in its entirety. You see the complete kaleidoscope. But this time around, you get new lenses. You’ve improved vision. Your eyes speak of your maturity. All the same, though it sounds pretty impressive, its equally tough to implement. But then again as its rightfully said that if you don’t earn it, you probably don’t deserve it.
“To see a world in the grain of sands & a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand & an eternity in an hour”, is the accurate summarisation of this concept by the poet William Blake.
Thank you.
