Virgie Arthur appeal ban, Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn can leave Bahamas
Just as expected, a panel of judges in the custody case for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn, has denied Virgie Arthur's appeal to keep Larry Birkhead in the Bahamas until the next court date is June 8 2007.Virgie Arthur, mother of late Anna Nicole Smith appeal motion on Thursday (26 April 2007) against the ruling allowing Larry Birkhead to leave the Bahamas with his daughter Dannielynn.
