What if Millie decides to keep the baby?
Right now we have no idea if Millie will keep her baby, get an abortion, give it up for adoption, etc. If she keeps it, I think that would mean some major changes for IMP. Millie would have to go on parental leave at some point. Actually, I think both she and Moxxie would like to stop going on missions for a while. Their job is dangerous, and with a child involved, they would really not want to get hurt (or worse). With that in mind, here is the new IMP I can see in season 3:
With 2/3 assassins out of commission, the company will need some new ones.
First, I think Loona will be promoted to assassin. She's already been on a couple of missions (Spring Broken, Sinsmas) and she seems to be skilled enough for the job.
Stolas will officially take over as the company's new receptionist.
One more assassin is needed to make 3, and I actually think it will be Sallie May. We know she's an experienced killer (The Harvest Moon Festival), and she would absolutely wanna help Millie out. She already knows about the pregnancy, and in Hell's Belles, it's hinted that she'll visit more in the future. I also believe (I may be wrong) it's been confirmed that Sallie May will get more screentime next season. So I think it's a fair possibility that she'll start working at IMP.
Finally, what about M&M? They may not go into the field anymore, but they're still financially struggling, so they can't exactly quit work. I have a solution for that too.
Remember the unpaid interns from Mastermind? What if they still wanna work at IMP? Or if not them (given what happened in that episode), then maybe some others would wanna be interns at IMP. Blitzø became kind of a celebrity after Mastermind, and we saw him get many messages from people who were interested in working for him, so it's pretty likely. But someone has to train these interns. Preferably some experienced assassins. You see what I'm getting at?
Millie and Moxxie can stay in Hell and train the interns. That way they still get paid while staying out of danger.
I think it will be very fun and interesting to see how different IMP will look in the next season. What do you think will happen?
