hey everyone, i made a goal earlier this month to post at least 5 blog posts, as well as 5 substack posts this march. so, i've been overly trying to come up with post ideas, and if you didn't already see my moodboard for this spring and march, it's very airy, cottagecore bridgerton-esque aesthetic. and i'm SOOO in love with it. so, i wanted to delve into that aesthetic with these posts. and i thought this would actually be the perfect way to start spring.

okay so... journaling. my roman empire. i always say journaling is basically self-archaeology. you're digging around in your own mind, brushing dust off old thoughts and finding the little gems you didn't realize were there. so here are some of the more off-the-beaten-path prompts i use when i want to actually grow NOT ONLY vent.

✶ what is one belief about myself that i've outgrown but still act is true?

✶ what am i avoiding because i think it needs to be perfect?

✶ where am i currently choosing comfort over alignment

✶ what's a tiny habit that would make my like 10% easier if i commited to it for 30 days?

✶ what emotions do i judge myself for feeling, and what happens if i let myself feel it FULLY?

✶ what parts of me are currently in bloom, and what parts are still seeds under the soil

✶ what am i clinging to that the wind is trying to take from my hands?

✶ what's my favorite part of choosing myself?
