Made myself little energybombs for at work. When you need a bit of extra energy, that isn't a sugar bomb. With dates, apricots, coconut oil, cocoa powder, grated coconut, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and brazil nuts. #powerfood 😜

I had quite the day. Spring cleaned a large part of the house, decorated Easter branches with the boys and cooked up a storm: #glutenfree bread rolls, home made (glutenfree) pasta bake with ricotta, meatballs, salami, ham and mozzerella (and tomato sauce of course) and made fresh home made pear ice cream.
