If I had a nickel for every time my favourite character was a kind horsegirl who lives in cottage and has talent for befriending animals, I would have two nickels. Which is not much but it’s weird it happened twice.

Made this for fun as I’m not 100% sure about Mari’s orientation cuz from one hand she’s quite young and has time to discover new things about herself, but at the other hand living for 14 years and never having a crush on anyone nor getting attracted to anyone (including fictional characters) is kinda a sign. Also, as someone who’s interested in biology Maricora knows about genitals and yet thinks about them in the same way she thinks about noses and arms. So I say she’s either aroace or demi/ arodemi with high standards.

I said Maricora would be on good terms with Silver without much thinking, but the more I thought about them the more I feel like they would work really good as friends. While having a lot in common (believing in people’s good intentions, usually taking blame on themselves, socially awkward to some degree, good with animals, grateful to their adoptive families and don’t want to disappoint them,) they also have differences that would make their dynamic interesting, like

Silver attracts conventionally cute animals, Mari attracts snakes

Silver thinks that covering his vital parts is enough, Mari is a gothic lolita

Silver wants to be a knight to a prince, Mari doesn’t believe in monarchy.

There’re also are some interests that they don’t share but would still make them work

Maricora likes to wander around campus in search of different animals, and while Silver wouldn’t always actively join her, I think he wouldn’t mind listening to her talking about all animals she encountered and how it’s amazing that they can do this or that thanks to a part of their anatomical build. On the other hand while Mari wouldn’t be interested in sword fighting and horse riding, but she would be interested in checking if people who participate in them don’t get any injuries. Especially since Silver has a habit of not noticing or ignoring his injuries, so it would become Mari’s routine to check on him at the end of every day.

Lier isn’t very adventurous person so she would mostly participate in more calm events (unless she’s dragged against her will).

Little big adventure She’s having hard time as she gets shrinked in size and has to come up with a way to make clothes without anyone’s help (she would rather die than let any of the boys get closer to her). Thankfully her sewing skills are top tier so she manages.

C&D dinner she’s only one from my girls who can do good in customer service as Kayocha would argue with clients and Maricora would cry under pressure. Lier gets concerned about letting probably not vaccinated animals close to food.

White rabbit fest Lier helps with choosing perfumes for Vil as she knows how matching fragrances to someone works. Buys postcards and sends them to her parents. She doesn’t participate in running competition.

A firelit sky from what I remember Lilia didn’t inform anyone he wasn’t coming unless last minute and no one took his place. So Cater called Lier and she tagged along. She spend most of time observing clothes of locals and taking inspirations for her future sewing projects.
