Exhausted about to fall asleep on job and I’m only 2 days into my 5 work week

Why am I the only employee that has a full week of shifts. I close all week long every week so the rest of my team can work a maximum two days a week. Is it because I’m the youngest? Making me go crazy bros. Not to mention I was a denied a raise. And why tf does all my work go to waste I spend the whole week working and organizing the store and liquor but I come in next week and boom it’s all fucked up again.
