I had no idea! Thanks for letting me know, I drew something. Of course Fredo throws the Christmas party for the Vegas crew and invites literally everyone possible. And Gino... has no idea what to do with parties.

Boring background stuff: I started this in April and then injured my back so it took months to finish because I could not draw in the middle and then had to relearn! BUT! It is done!
(Actually I guess it took over a year because I wrote the script and drew the first version of the first page in April 2025... but I didn't figure out the rest of the script for several months.)
But hopefully it goes much faster from here!!!

I am not sure why I am thinking of a Michael Jackson parody verse my sister came up with like thirty years ago but I decided I didn't want to have it alone >.>
(My other sister and I are significantly younger than her and promptly tried to run it into the ground with verses about zombies and skeletons and swamp things (without being able to competently filk cause like nine and seven) and I think she regretted sharing her initial snip with us

and then... okay, I think we don't actually get a description of Grace except that the machines managed potential atrophy _really_ well and he got a beach-body, and also were shaving him. (Edit: Oh! Also that Ilhukina's suit was a little small on him, and Yao's suit was a LOT bigger than Ilhukina's! So I'm figuring he's a little guy.) And the jumpsuit. So I decided to knock out a mental image for him too. (I don't think he's usually this grumpy, but he spends an awful lot of time awfully sleep deprived...)
Aha I DID manage my boys!
This is the core of a whole couple of stripes I have in mind--Gino pulls together a list of all contractors in order to reduce duplicate payments and streamline tax filings, and Tom is just... "Did you REALLY just make a roster of the entire Corleone network. HOW did you just make a roster of the entire Corleone network."
Giving Tom big toony eyes was fun. The real strip won't be like that but it was fun here.

I finally read Project Hail Mary so I could understand these cute comics coming across my feed. And I'm glad I did! I found it a highly enjoyable book!
...but alas, now instead of "oh cute I wonder who these people are" I'm going "HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE IN THE SAME ATMOSPHERE BAD BAD BAD" 😂
I will probably eventually learn to get past it. >.>
(I am still barely managing to draw my Godfather peeps, I probably won't switch over myself. As much as I'm entertaining myself with the idea of John Galt sneaking around the Baikonur Cosmodrone as a construction worker convincing Stratt's conscripts to strike 😆)
Gino's pop (long-time legbreaker for the Family) attempts to give his son a pep talk before he interviews for the accounting assistant position 😅

(further note: apparently there _is_ more data on the kids than "Connie's eldest son turned seven years old in 1952"? I didn't know that when I started sketching so I gave her that young man and a toddler girl for a 1953 wedding.)
I eventually decided not to go that way.
But I'm a little addicted to AUs of my own work, so here's a design for Gino in a universe where he *was* the secretary Connie married... after Connie divorces him 😅 (As she kinda has to if I'm using Godfather Part II as canon.)
