The easiest way to rid this area of Herr Hoffman is to remove his tax-exempt status. Hmmm ... was Butler's bunch in Hayden Lake "tax-exempt?" But then, of course, the NFL is also a tax-exempt entity. Just shows you how easy it is for politicians to be bought and paid for.
