Ichigo allowed himself to be walked backwards until he hit the bed, falling down on it as he looked up at Grimmjow, brown eyes watching his every movement. His arms were pinned up above him, letting out a small whine as fingers ran down the muscle of his torso, biting down on his lower lip. Upon hearing the sexy voice whisper in his ear, he knew that if he was standing his knees would be all weak and wobbly upon hearing what he said, swallowing nervously. 

Lips pressed against his neck until Grimmjow found a spot he didn’t know was sensitive, biting down on his collarbone and sucking on it, a surprised gasp spilling from his lips. A blush rose on his cheeks, not meaning to make all of these sounds. But at the stimulation, it was a feeling he had never experienced before, it sent his body in fits. “Feels good,”

Ichigo could feel the guilt weighing down on him, almost like it was his fault the other had burst into tears, sobbing into the palms of his hands. His heart sank down to his feet, standing there and watching as he just broke down right in front of him. He really disliked it when his boyfriend cried, because he should never feel this way, and he wanted to see him smile instead. After classes were over today he came home, knowing Izuru would be waiting for him like he always was. When he got home, though, he was met with his blonde sitting on the couch with a blank look on his face–when Ichigo had asked the question;

“Are you okay?”

And then it was like a dam just exploded, and the tears flooded down his cheeks and just let out this god awful whimper, and Ichigo felt like it was his fault. Biting his lower lip, he slowly walked over to the couch and sat down next to the blonde, wrapping both arms around his body and bringing the sobbing male into his chest, pressing a kiss to his forehead. “Hey, baby, you’re okay. I’m here, I’m not gonna let anything hurt you, you’re safe here with me.” Ichigo whispered soothingly, one hand rubbing at his back gently.

He really hate traveling but he couldn’t say no to a trip to the beach, honestly anything to get him away from work was a done deal for the blond. So Shinji and his friends pooled some money together to stay a weekend at a hotel and one annoying trip with plenty of yelling later they arrived at the hotel. Once they were checked in and their luggage dumped into their room, they split up to do whatever they pleased in Shinji’s case it was looking for a convenient store that sold ice for their cooler, wasn’t a party weekend without a bit of booze. Luckily there was one around the block so it’d been a quick trip. Ice in hand, Shinji made his way down the hall way toward the room, pulling the key from his pocket as he hummed to himself. He was ready for a weekend of drinking, relaxing and maybe checking out some good looking people in swim wear on the beach, it was pretty safe to say he was in a good mood. As the blond came upon his door, ready to swipe his key when he caught the sound of a voice approaching the door next to his. He looked up and was met with the sight of a face he hadn’t seen in a long time. A face that belonged to someone he’d parted was with after dating online for many years and never thought he‘d see again.

Ichigo was about ready to swipe his key card when he heard his name being called, a voice he hadn’t heard in a few years. There was no way they were in the same building, after all these years? Glancing over, his eyes caught the familiar mop of blonde hair noticing how much the other really hadn’t changed. It almost made him want to laugh, seeing how they were in the same place after all these years, but they were broken up. They had made plans to meet back when they had still been together, but before they actually had any plans set in stone Shinji dropped the bomb that maybe they should end it and that as that--that as the last thing he ever heard from the other. 

He had been too awkward and upset over the whole thing to strike up any more conversations on Skype, and he couldn’t pick the phone up and call him, even when things got rough at home and he needed someone to talk to, he just couldn’t. “Yeah, it’s me,” he finally said, eyes scanning over the other. It was.. weird, seeing him in person to be honest. Ichigo had only ever seen him behind the screen of his phone or laptop, so seeing him in person took him a minute to actually allow his eyes to adjust. But, it was also weird because they hadn’t been together, or even talked, for almost four years. So, what now? 

“Fancy seein’ you here,” was all he said next.
