i can go days where im just like “fuck my eating disorder” and eat normally and then i wake up one day and lie there thinking “i’m gonna have to fast for the rest of my life to make up for this”
Anyone who tells you this isn’t normal is LYING to you. Sometimes I go months where I just eat what I want and I’m fine. But the ED always comes back.
I do this all the time or “I think I’m eating today can’t wait to starve tomorrow”
bitches be like “i’m gonna loose 10 pounds this month!” and then binge a second later. that’s me. i’m bitches.

OKAY YALL these have only 400cal per and they taste hella good. i’m pretty sure they have a few different flavors but i chose this one because i’m uh basic as hell. i’m hoping that it will make my work out a bit easier that way i don’t have to eat actual food :)

Just an important message for my fellow trauma survivors:
What happened to you wasn’t fair. Don’t downplay it, or tell yourself that other people have it worse. The bottom line is that it should NEVER have happened. What you feel about it is real and valid. It might not be okay right now, but one day it will be. Thank you for surviving. I’m so glad you’re here.
