Most moms who breastfeed watch movies/series or read/ listen to book. I like to do that too. But the most i wanted while breastfeeding is a person next to me. Most importantly anyone of my family member just sitting in the same room while i breastfeed my baby and just have a conversation with them. Makes me feel better.

No one warned me about stiches pain during postpartum. I wish there were more research and guidance on reducing pain for postpartum mom.
