"Good, that’s ah, great. Thought you might’ve been, thanks to the," Raul trailed off, giving his own shoulder a gentle pat to indicate the Followers’ symbol Andrew was wearing. Really, this whole thing was just embarrassing— it was a surprise that Raul came for help at all.

"You’re probably going to think I’m some poor old bastard who can’t take care of himself…" Raul attempted to smile wryly, pulling his hand, sticky with blood, away from his back. It ended up as more of a grimace. "But ghoulification doesn’t exactly give you eyes in the back of your head. I’m not too sure what he stuck me with, but you know, I’m pretty sure some of it broke off in there. Feels that way, anyway.

If you’ve got something busted, I can fix it— unless you’re hurting for caps. I’ve got a handful on me.” Raul paused, cocking an eyebrow. “That is, if you’re on duty, doc.”

        Andrew nodded. He never took the coat off. ❝Quite the poor old bastard, but if you're a ghoul you've already survived a nuclear fallout which is impressive in itself.❞ He paused. Thinking to add how it was also awful, but really saying 'it must have been terrible to watch the world around you burn and your loved ones probably die' didn't seem very polite.

        ❝The pressure cooker and a toy car...something else is probably broken too,❞ he gave an exaggerated roll of his shoulders. He was hurting for caps too, a hell of a lot in fact, but food and keeping a few kids happy was pretty important. Not just because he was nice either, they'd probably try to sabotage his stuff if he didn't get them what they wanted. ❝I wouldn't be much of a Follower if I refused to help you because of that.❞

   ”Ah.." He can never be too cautious.    Mega just doesn’t want the other in    harm’s way. Down to his knees     does he bend to place a gloved     hand atop the dog’s head.    ”You’re right! He’s pretty cute, too!”

      ❝Dogs are the best.❞ He begins to run his hands down its sides, giving it a good rub. Touching a spot on it's belly; the wagging of it's tail stops and it pulls up its jowls to bare its teeth.

      ❝It's mad.❞ Andrew states the obvious just in time for the animal to turn its head and bite him on the arm.

Who are you?

The most common platitude of them all and somehow it’s always as powerful in projection as the first time.  She sat graciously with her hands atop her lap and with a small bouquet of blossoms beside her, resembling one of those archaic paintings on the inside of tarot cards.   He’s a tourist and the high-volume of visitors became overwhelming.   She dipped her head gracefully.

❝My name is Pythia.  Lovely to make your acquaintance, Andrew the Follower. ❞

        Like any tourist he was fascinated by the sights; the sight being Pythia. It was only when he noticed that his jaw was slightly open did he realized maybe he was being too absorbed by the sights. ❝Uh,❞ an awkward laugh, ❝Sorry, if I am- was staring.❞ He rubbed the back of his neck, eyes darting around the place.

        ❝So, I'd like a reading I suppose!❞ Andrew managed to add, an awkward lilt still tainting his voice. ❝How many caps will it be? And if you're interested in any services a Follower can provide, well I can do that too if you need it.❞

Not without seeing if he could get help with getting rid of the pirates docked in the pier. They weren't violent, but they were starting to become troublesome.
