Everyone saying that Giorno and Jodio would hate each other or are opposites are missing the fact that although Giorno disapproves of adults selling drugs to kids, he would think kids selling drugs to adults is rad as hell and Jodio is smart to do it. He'd want in on that diamond heist too.
