A friend of mine told me about a sheriff that has a CCW class and VIP service. My friend was able to get his CCW through the sheriff. I contacted the sheriff and told him who I was and where I lived. I paid for an online zoom class and then the range and also a in person section of the class. I drove two hours east for that part. Once the whole process was over and I got an interview with the Riverside County Sheriff. I was a little confused because I live in San Bernardino and I told him that when I first started the process. The Riverside County Sheriff office called me the morning of my interview and reminded me that they cannot help me get a CCW if I live in San Bernadino. So this guy wasted my time and money knowing that I didn’t live in the Riverside County. I asked for my money back and he said he would repay me but it’s been three weeks now. Close to $700 wasted They knew I lived in Rialto.
