INCOMING PETER TINGLE !
‘ —- shhhh! ’ he shoves his gloved hand to the others mouth and tilts his head to the tap tap tap of whatever sounds like heavy boots running towards them. ‘ we’ve got company. time to skedaddle — ’ he hooks the other under his arms and aims his web-shooter at the nearest building, hooking to the window and starting off with a light jog before grunting as his weight and the weight of the other swings through the air with a satisfying THWIP! sound. ‘ woo — oh boy, i got’a lay off the chilidogs. ’ he groans before they both land, gracelessly onto the next roof over. ‘ how you holdin’ up? ’
he doesn’t always have the luxury of having the suit on him . which is , alas , something he’s been working on for the past few years of his life - and is perhaps the one last thing ... and what the fuck is going on !? he’s trying to find the danger when his ... self swoops down , picks him up and he’s not quite sure how to react . pretend to be scared ? a poker face ? jaw tenses as they swing through the air , a little different from what he’s used to - is this guy the exact same height as him as well ? JESUS FUCKING CHRIST, he was confused . also , peter was pretty sure he died by kingpin’s fist , it was his last memory anyways . a pause , he crosses his arms at the other one .

we don't really talk about this. look, i'm a comic book, i'm a cereal, did a christmas album. i have an excellent theme song. and a so-so popsicle. i mean, i've looked worse. but after everything, i still love being spider-man. i mean, who wouldn't? so, no matter how many hits i take, i always find a way to come back. because the only thing standing between this city and oblivion is me. there's only one spider-man. and you're looking at him.
