My dad decided to kill himself. I feel so lost now.
20.5 kg (45 lbs) lost in one year and 11 months! I’m so proud of myself. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs, but I’m still not giving up!Only 6.2 kg (13 lbs) to go to be at a healthy weight!

It has been a long time since I've done a weigh in post, but I'm too happy to not share this with you!

Hello!! I'm doing fine, thank you for asking! I'm so busy with work right now, it's crazy. I'm working from 5am until 7pm. I'm not working as a teacher, but as a vegetarian cook in the organic shop where I used to work when I was still studying. I cook in the morning and in the afternoon I work in the shop. I'm doing a great job foodwise. I haven't binged in a very long time and the urge is gone as well, which is the most important thing. I work out everyday and i love it! I hope you are doing fine as well!!

My gym is completely ruined because of a fire. The gym owner lived above the gym with his wife and little boy and now they have nothing left but ashes. I just can't imagine how they must feel right now. The worst thing is that the fire fighters couldn't reach the fire for a long time because of the works that are going on in the street. Maybe if they would have been there faster, they could have saved the place. Me and my mom didn't hear the news so we went to the gym to work out and it wasn't until then we saw what happened. Luckily nobody got hurt. It was so nice to have a gym around the corner where I know everybody.

I try to work out five times a week. I eat as healthy as possible and I only try to eat when I’m hungry (so about 5 times a day). I try to drink 3L of water everyday. I don’t eat fish and meat (I haven’t eaten fish or meat in the last 3 years). For the last couple of weeks I banned cheese as well. I have the feeling that it was the best thing I could do, because it does wonders for my skin and weight loss.
I don’t restrict myself from anything, but I’m still learning how to moderate my eating habits. For example: when I’m with friends, I don’t want to say no to the crisps that stand on the table. But I still have to learn that I can’t eat all the crisps.
The most important thing is that I feel good mentally. Because when that’s not the case, I want to binge.
I try to have a healthy lifestyle. I tried it before and it worked. Now it's important that I continue living healthy after I lose all the weight. It’s a learning process that I haven't finished before. I might be able to tell you more when I finish this journey!
