Just got back from vending at a Halloween market that ended up being loads of fun!

While there I finished up working on the first of a line of handmade clown plushies I plan to make! (I planned to have more ready but this lil goober kept me up to 5am this morning before I gave in. 😭)

Also shout-out to @franki-lew-yo for providing me with the crow print fabric on this fella, along with a ton of other cool Halloween print remnants that will come in handy (including some sweet pant pockets!)

Howdy! It's been a while.

Life has been quite eventful for me this past year (thankfully mostly positive), and has kept me fairly busy as of recently. That said, I wanted to touch upon one of my newest creative ventures:

So I vended at a local market for the first time this past weekend! This month's market was actually moved up a week due to Mother's Day, so with less time to prepare I had to make due with a smaller selection (though I did whip up some last minute Jar Jar buttons for Star Wars Day 😆).

Despite that and some less-than-ideal weather, I still managed to make several sales and got to talk with some fun and interesting people!

And if that weren't enough, a couple people liked my wardrobe enough to straight up make me fanart! 😭

For my first time vending it was an absolutely delightful experience, and I'm hoping the next will be even better! In addition to more button designs, I also want to roll out some stencil-painted patches, along with some other hand-crafted goodies I have in mind.

If all goes well I'm also considering opening an online store! So if you have any suggestions or would like to express your interest then feel free to let me know!

Last week my sister and I entered an "Under the Sea" themed cupcake contest and immediately agreed on making it SpongeBob themed.

We spent a full couple weeks working on the cupcakes and decor, but my favorite piece to work on was this hand-painted 3D diorama of Jellyfish Fields to hold the cupcakes.

I've always appreciated the beautiful scenery in the show, and I had a blast paying tribute to it!

(The judges were quite fond of it as well!) 🏆🏆

To make things short and sweet, I am currently without a sustainable job. As of writing this I am still $400 short on rent, in addition to next month's upcoming bills, and am still awaiting payouts from merch I've been selling on my Ebay (please have a look if you haven't already).

With all that said, I will be opening character commissions effective immediately in order to catch up. Prices are as follows:

•Icon/Bust - Starting @ $30 •Full Body - Starting @ $50 •Comic - Starting @ $80 •Animated Loop/Gif (24 frames) - Starting @ $100

Notes:

Prices based on full color, single character commission with a simple background. Additional characters or complex BGs will cost extra.

Animation price based on tween animation as shown above. Price will vary based on complexity and animation method.

Commissioned pieces are for personal use only, and cannot be resold, merchandised, tokenized, or used for AI model training.
