The one thing that pisses me off about gorillaz enough to legit talk about it is their contradictory messages of “fuck capitalism, fuck war, save the planet” but also “buy our shoes from this huge company :)))”.

Oh yeah, we’re coming out with a short animated series but it’s actually a fucking ad for watches.

I 100% get needing funds for making your stuff. Animated shit is expensive as fuck especially at their scale but it still bothers me.
