that is incredibly curious to me, I really want the background on how they went from friends to dating. Was it at the Haim birthday party? When did Taylor find out? They came out in public the week Taylor’s engagement announcement - which came first? A week before they were first seen Zoe was singing Taylor’s praises on the radio and talking about her giving her sourdough and having heard Showgirl. I need to know the order of all of that.

This might be totally off and I have no idea Zoe's placement in this other than she might not have been a true girl's girl - especially since I have a hard time believing that if Haylor was truly real all these years which seems hard to deny - thst she was unaware of it and doesn't know what happened or that he's her main muse if they are as close as they claimed.

But for Harry.. again - could be off because this seems more of a Taylor thing to do but, I almost wonder if it was meant to be his lick back.

Based on their songs and if we believe they are about each other, especially this last go around after Joe. It seems like Taylor wanted a man who was willing to stand by her, praise her, be in the limelight with her. (aka Matty and Travis) Harry and her got reemed their first go around and I think that kinda set the stage for him wanting to be more private as he grew older and after Joe she didn't want that. They tried again for 2 weeks and then I bet that conversation came up and she "tore it all down" bc they weren't willing to compromise. That's why they both kinda blame each other.

Matty and Harry seemed to be friendly in 2014 and early 2015 then after Matty and Taylor had a "flirtation" she seemed to go back to Harry and I think Matty got pissed. That's why he's shaded Harry ever since and even said some gross shit about Taylor. I think his whole "I didn't wanna be known as Taylor Swift's boyfriend" was actually BS, he 100% wanted that clout and she ran back to Harry instead and he got butthurt. Taylor knew this. So when shit went sour in 2024, she was heartbroken over Joe, more heartbroken over Harry and said fuck it and decided Matty was her rebound because she knew it'd hurt Harry and I do think Matty lovebombed her. I think she went into with him being a rebound and meaning to hurt Harry but Taylor is also a lover girl and doesn't kniw how to be alone so I do think she might've fallen into Matty's trap anyways and thought "well maybe this could actually work." Then it blew up too.

Thats why TSMWEL was born and why I do believe Matty IS partly a muse for TTPD just mostly covering for Harry. It was easy to blend the two because they are similar in a lot of ways (aside from personality).

These two have and did a huge number on the other. But I think Taylor's Matty thing sent Harry over the edge and then she found Travis and jumped into that heavy too and has become this different person and trying to force this relationship and happiness bc she NEEDS love and wants a family and feels Joe took her prime years away - hence KISSCO being kinda snippy at her.

So yeah, I think Zoe is unfortunately meant to be Harry's Matty. Again, dunno Zoe's part - whether it's all fake and she's trying to play matchmaker (doubtful) or maybe she always held a flame for Harry and jumped at the chance he gave her and knew Taylor would pretend to be ok with it or she didn't care if she imploded their friendship. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It might be Harry's lick back, it might be his last attempt at pushing Taylor, or maybe he really fell for a friend at some point and didn't pursue it sooner out of respect for Taylor cause he knew it'd end them permantantly and once he heard about the engagement he realized "welp she's really gonna do this so fuck it" and went for Zoe. That it doesn't make sense for it to be anyone BUT Harry. No other relationship has she stayed friends with an ex (aside from Taylor L but, be serious it's not him), and she hasn't started off friends with someone then dated them. Maylors want to argue it's Matty but, in 2020 he said they hadn't seen or talked in years and he only wanted to talk to her again cause he was interested in working with her. So Dress - off the bat - can't be for him. Then in the context of the rest of Maroon, MBOBHFT and Glitch it doesn't fit him either. Maroon and Glitch were on Midnights yes but, I HIGHLY doubt she wrote those about Matty while actively working with him on the album and both songs speak of a previous relationship that is on/off again which doesn't fit with anything we know about Matty and Taylor. And same for My Boy. I don't believe both of them have lied outright about them not having been in a relationship in 2014. I mean Taylor never denied it like Matty did but, she posted the whole Tweet of "I'd like the media to stop accusing my friends of dating me" around the time the rumors of them "dating" came out back then - which to me, was her confirming they did not and were not dating.

And Gaylors..well we're not going there. A woman can 100% be singing about a close/best friend and a secret relationship and it be about a man. Lol

Decade/10 Years

I'm not sure if this has been brought up by anyone else but, I was just thinking. So her mentioning a decade in Chloe, Sam, Sophia or Marcus - ("as the decade would play us for fools") but, essentially that's one of the points that Maylors are using to confirm Matty as the muse to which I have to say this.

× Met Matty in Oct/Nov of 2014

× 10 years later would be Oct/Nov of 2024 (which we are not even at yet)

× Taylor dated Matty for a brief time mid last year, 2023, 10 years would be 2013 and they had not met

What are the odds that Taylor, who is very precise in her lyrics and timings, who *apparently* wrote "Fortnight" aka two weeks about her relationship with Matty, would then negate all of that and say "I plan to release this album a year later which will technically then be a decade since I met Matty minus 6 months so I'll go ahead and use the decade speak even though it's not accurate."? vs her speaking about someone else, aka Harry.

× Started writing TTPD after Midnights. That would indicate she started writing it late 2021 into 2022. 10 years would be 2012 aka when her and Harry started dating.

× Some of the songs would then have been written also last year in 2023. 10 years would be 2013 aka both when they officially broke up, when they tried again and when 1989 was worked on.

So again, what are the chances she'd write about a "decade" in regards to Matty in a future pretense or by rounding up the time frame vs actually talking about a "decade" in regards to someone she ACTUALLY dated/knew for a decade when she was writing said song?

This would be easier to piece together if we had the actual datea of when songs were written *fingers crossed* we get that some day cause I feel that would help erase Matty as the muse for TTPD lol.

So I was just relistening to CSSOM and had looked into Harry and "drugs" because I know that line is specifically why everyone is like "no no it HAS to be Matty" and I want to add something.

Harry has done a few interviews where he mentions after leaving 1D he started doing drugs, the one he's insistant on is how when he writes now he tends to do pills or shrooms to help the process which brings me back to this line.

"You turned me into an idea of sorts You needed me but you needed drugs more And I couldn't watch it happen"

"turned me into an idea of sorts" gives me the vibe she's referring to how she was his muse and then he started needing drugs to write instead "you needed me but you need drugs more".

Obviously I could be wrong, hell we all could and all this time Matty truly has been her *muse* but, I'm sorry I just don't believe it lol. I'll also reiterate that I still do believe it's possible the drug line was thrown in just to paint Matty as the muse. Same with how she talked about drugs/pills/heroin in a few lyrics through out TTPD which everyone knows Matty was an addict. To which I want to also remind you: him and his band mates have said he's been clean for years now and as a fan of the 1975 and former Matty fan I (and other fans) noticed a huge difference from when he was on drugs vs now. I do not think he's lying. So it doesn't really make sense for her to be calling him out as an addict still if the songs are about him. I think it's her "bait and switch" and she's done this PLENTY with muses. Red being the "Jake" album where it actually turns out it probably isn't. Reputation being "Joe" when most of it was written before she met Joe. As she's gotten older she's definitely mixed muses or used a "cover up" for the real muse. Would not surprise me if that's what she did here.
