rewatching gotham is all fun and games until season 3. when ed finds out that oswald’s in love with him and tricks him into outing himself like god it just makes me go hhhhhgguhhhg....... it’s so fucking bad and awkward and that’s just the beginning of the psychological torture.... oswalds ultimate revenge on jim gordon for putting him in jail should have been giving barbara lee 10 years worth of missed birthday presents and subsequently becoming her favorite person ever and she’s always asking her dad when uncle oswald is coming over again and it’s constant torture for jim knowing that his own daughter thinks that oswald is not only cool, but cooler than him
I love the scene where oswald kills frankie carbone because he launches into this whole poetic diatribe about love and weakness and greed and after he stabs him he kisses his head and strokes his hair tenderly and then gabe and the other guy are like.................. we get it ur gay
victor zsasz gets pretty goofy later in the series but his first appearance is a lot fucking scarier than I remember like yeah I know he’s a hitman but he really lightened up as the show went on jesus christ
if you pay attention to any wide shot where oswald is close to someone taller than him he probably gets up on his toes every time bc he’s so gd short. falcone hugs him in season 1 and he gotta get on his tippy toes. when he’s telling ed to listen to his heart in season 5 he basically gotta jump to poke his big ass forehead. manlet rights.
