What makes us humans is that we are all flawed, in one way or another and that is neither beautiful nor ugly, that's just how it should be, for example some of us can get triggered by the smallest things and that usually comes from unresolved trauma. When you trigger someone, you actually make that person relive their trauma and they'll see you as the one who traumatised them in the first place. And here comes the clutch, to be understood or to understand? Both. Some people won't understand your trauma instantly and your task is to gently explain it to them, and also your job is to heal yourself from what traumatised you in the first place so when someone new comes in to your life, you can welcome them with warm hands.
