I struggled so much during college and my early 20s holding onto old clothing I *used* to fit in, convincing myself I just need to get back to my old weight to be able to fit into them again 😅 That along with snide comments from family always gave me horrible body image, anxiety and stress... 😒 I’m now much, much less afflicted by these things now that I’m older and living on my own, but you know it still gets to you time to time. I gained a chunk of weight over the year from sheltering in place, I’m sure a lot of people have gone through body changes as well. I’m gonna spend some time cleaning out my wardrobe of clothes that make me feel sad, clothes that I stare at thinking I’ll be able to wear them again once I just drop a few pounds 😅 We shouldn’t feel burdened by our clothes 🌼 embrace your physical changes ❤️
