No he didn’t

He was one of those kids who questioned everything

Gaster told them the stories acted the part like it’s happening but sans “young killer” was too smart for his own good and immediately know it’s all fake 

Although he play dumb about it ( sometimes in mocking way ) that he believes on this stuff for gaster and papyrus sake

He was mostly like this for everything

If color left in bad terms - killer will take this as “i know it“ “it’s about time” like it was expected so he pretends like it’s fine to a point it looks desperate

If color left in good terms - he still think it was expected but learn to appreciate what they got before then move on
