Can you please elaborate that Nayeon giving Jeong a hickey when there's someone flirting with her
Nayeon hated when Jeongyeon was like this. Jeongyeon was not an idiot, she knew when someone was flirting with her. And from what Nayeon understood, when they weren’t together Jeongyeon was always quick to correct people when they tried to flirt with her. But it seemed when they were together, she didn’t have the same courtesy.
“You know, I’ve always wanted to be a lawyer.” Jeongyeon was giving the omega the stupidest smile and Nayeon could not stand it. All she had wanted was to go out with Jeongyeon during her lunch break. Jeongyeon was working a difficult case, and because of it she had been left working late nights. Because of it, Nayeon hadn’t been able to spend much time with her wife, and she missed her. So after some convincing she was able to convince her mom to watch Seojun for a bit while she went out to lunch with Jeongyeon.
Yet they hadn’t even made it to lunch yet. One of the witnesses in Jeongyeon’s case was still talking to her, and it seemed she was all over her wife.
“Oh yeah? While there’s always time.” Nayeon groaned when the omega moved closer to Jeongyeon.
“Excuse me, Jeongyeon, we need to go to make it before your lunch break is over.”
“One sec Yeonie.” Jeongyeon giggled at her. Nayeon rolled her eyes, she couldn’t stand this anymore. So she decided to go to the extreme.
“Jeong?” Nayeon pulled Jeongyeon’s attention. Nayeon used Jeongyeon, turning her head to her and getting on her toes to kiss Jeongyeon’s neck. Jeongyeon almost let out a moan at how forceful Nayeon was.
“Well, let’s get going babe.” Nayeon announced once she was done, wrapping her arms around Jeongyeon’s.
“Oh yeah…” Jeongyeon was left a little stunned at Nayeon's forcefulness and the slight stinging in her neck. “Sorry, I’ll see you tomorrow in court.”
“Sure, see you.” Nayeon didn’t move away from Jeongyeon until the door to her office was closed.
“Nayeon-ah,” Jeongyeon sighed. “I have to see her in court tomorrow.”
“I know. I didn’t want you to flirt with her there too.” Nayeon rolled her eyes, huffing and stepping away from Jeongyeon. “You could have told her we were married.”
“But it’s so fun seeing you all huffy like this.” Jeongyeon giggled.
“Shut up.” Nayeon pouted. “If you want to be like this, then you can get lunch by yourself.”
“Hey Yeonie.” Jeongyeon giggled, wrapping her arms around Nayeon from behind. “You know I’m just messing with you. Come on, we can go to your favorite restaurant.”
“Really? But it’s on the other side of town, you’ll never get back in time-”
“Shh… I already asked for the rest of the day off. I prepped as much as I can for tomorrow and I need to go to bed early tonight. So my boss approved of me spending the rest of the day with my favorite wife.”
“Your only wife.” Nayeon corrected.
“My only wife.” Jeongyeon kissed the side of Nayeon’s head. “Now let’s go to lunch before we have to get our rambunctious six month old from your mom.”
“Well, I can ask her to watch him for longer…” Nayeon trailed off.
“Let’s get lunch first horndog.” Nayeon glared at Jeongyeon, who just gave her a sly smile.
Nayeon pout didn’t last long, she had missed hanging out with Jeongyeon. And she couldn’t stop the giggle from bubbling up her throat at the slightly purple mark on Jeongyeon’s neck.
hi! if requests are open, may i request nayeon proposing to jeongyeon/confessing to her about wanting to get married? thank you!!
Nayeon had been feeling particularly sentimental since she woke up. She and Jeongyeon were a week into a much needed break and they had a whole week more to go. Everything had been absolutely perfect during this week. They got to spend every single day with each other doing whatever the hell they wanted, which was usually a rarity with their busy schedules.
This week had reminded Nayeon exactly why she loved Jeongyeon. All the things her girlfriend did over the years that she'd written off as normal, things she didn't think much about anymore felt so significant the past week. She felt like a schoolgirl for getting butterflies every time Jeongyeon smiled her usual bright smile at her or intertwined their fingers when they were walking down the street. It was stupid really, they'd been dating for nearly five years so it definitely wasn't the first time Jeongyeon treated her well.
But Nayeon truly appreciated every gesture, it made her heart feel warm. She loved this woman. So much that Nayeon wasn't sure she could contain it all in her relatively small body. All these thoughts came to a head on Sunday morning when they were walking Kookeu. It was early, the sun was still rising and it was chilly to say the least. Nayeon had bunched up as much as she could since she hated the cold. Some of the cold breeze still managed to get through her jacket and on her neck and when Nayeon complained, Jeongyeon took her own scarf and immediately wrapped it around Nayeon's neck.
When Nayeon told her that she didn't want her girlfriend to be cold instead, the younger woman only replied that she'd run with the dog to keep warm. Nayeon was ready to fight back but Jeongyeon took off running down the road towards the park with an excited Kookeu in tow. It felt like a scene from a movie for Nayeon, Jeongyeon running and laughing while her, or technically their, doggy happily yapped and followed her. The morning sun made her look ethereal and Nayeon stood dumbly in place while looking at her girlfriend for a good three seconds.
Nayeon had always thought Jeongyeon was too kind for her own good. Who in their right mind would give away their scarf on a cold day? Of course there were other, way more important things too. Jeongyeon constantly spent her time volunteering in animal shelters, donating big sums of money to various charities or being generally warm and kind to everyone she interacted with. Sometimes she’d come home to Nayeon and cry because she couldn’t help all of the animals and she couldn’t adopt every single cat and dog from the shelters. Nayeon found it weirdly endearing but her heart hurt every time Jeongyeon was sad because of something she couldn’t change.
Of course it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Nayeon had her fair share of instances where she was annoyed or genuinely angry at Jeongyeon. It was inevitable that they had some sort of disagreements in their relationship, it would be weird if they didn’t. Nayeon could admit that she was the more irrational one out of the two of them, sometimes leaving their apartment and slamming doors during arguments to calm down. She knew her girlfriend hated when she did that but when she was mad she did it without thinking. What mattered is that at one point or another they would sit down and talk it through, explaining both of their sides and finding a solution that fit them. And maybe after they’d do something more, something that made Nayeon blush by just thinking about it.
They’d never talked about getting married before. It just hadn’t come up weirdly enough. And now Nayeon was left with this painful ache in her heart at just the thought of Jeongyeon never wanting to get married to her. She didn’t doubt Jeongyeon’s love for her but marriage was a serious commitment. Nayeon found her mind wandering back to proposing to Jeongyeon throughout the day, more than usual ever since she started thinking of marriage. Her girlfriend even asked her if something was wrong when they were having dinner.
“You sure you’re okay?” Jeongyeon leaned forward on the couch and put her plate on the table. “I swear you’ve been kinda out of it the whole day.”
“I’m fine. Guess I’m just a little tired today.” Nayeon made up a weak lie on the spot.
“Uh-huh. Sure.” Jeongyeon saw through her lie immediately. “Will you at least tell me once you’ve found some sort of solution?”
“I will.” Nayeon promised. It was ironic, considering proposing to Jeongyeon was both the problem and the solution.
She put down her plate as well since she felt full and leaned her head on Jeongyeon’s shoulder.
“Think we could take a bath? I think I’m getting sore from too much lying around.” Nayeon asked.
“Mm, that sounds nice. With extra bubbles?” Jeongyeon excitedly replied.
“But then how will I see your naked ass?” Nayeon joked.
“I swear that’s all you think about.” Jeongyeon rolled her eyes. “You saw plenty last night.”
“I could look at you naked for a long, long time, Jeong. Believe me.” Nayeon raised her head to look at Jeongyeon, winking at her.
“Weirdo.” Jeongyeon flicked Nayeon’s forehead, making her squeak. “I’ll go get the bath ready.”
Nayeon whined, not letting Jeongyeon leave right away. Her girlfriend had to physically pry her hand away from Nayeon’s grip, laughing all the while. Nayeon was left by herself on the couch. She buried her face in their throw pillows, groaning as she felt her back stretch uncomfortably. Nayeon sighed as she thought some more about proposing. Nayeon had already told Jihyo and Momo and Sana and Chaeyoung - basically all of their friends who were more than supportive. It was a miracle she’d lasted this long without telling Jeongyeon because she was horrible at keeping secrets from her. She would have to let her thoughts out at one point or another.
The bath was wonderful. The soap for the bubbles left a nice flowery scent in their bathroom and the water was pleasantly hot. Nayeon convinced Jeongyeon to sit between her legs. Usually Nayeon preferred to lay against Jeongyeon but tonight she wanted to wrap her arms around her and hold her close. Nayeon buried her nose in Jeongyeon’s neck and pulled her girlfriend flush against her.
“Squeeze me a little tighter and I might burst.” Jeongyeon teased.
“Can I not enjoy you against me?” Nayeon huffed back, tightening her grip for a moment to spite Jeongyeon.
“I don’t mind that.” Jeongyeon pried Nayeon’s hands away from her midsection and intertwined their fingers, letting their hands rest on her lap. “Just would like to make it out of this bath alive.”
“Oh, relax.” Nayeon nipped Jeongyeon’s shoulder. “You’ll be fine. I love you too much to kill you in a tub.”
Nayeon let her eyes fall closed as Jeongyeon started to talk about a project she wanted to start once they were back at work, humming and giving her reaction when prompted to show that she was listening. Her lips tugged up at Jeongyeon’s excited and hopeful tone. Nayeon felt herself relax completely as they sat in their quite roomy bathtub. Jeongyeon had this unbelievable ability to take her mind off anything that was troubling her. Just the woman’s presence was sometimes enough to make her feel at ease.
At times like this Nayeon realized what a truly great relationship they had, how well they worked together. She loved Jeongyeon deeply and Jeongyeon loved her too. They were best friends well before they were girlfriends, which meant that they had always been comfortable around each other as a couple except for their brief dating period. Their relationship was built on trust and understanding that only grew throughout years of living through all kinds of hardships. Nayeon knew that logically she had nothing to worry about. But the thought of proposing made any sort of logic drain out of Nayeon’s brain at an alarming rate.
Once the water was lukewarm they went to rinse off the soap under the shower. It led to something more steamy when Jeongyeon started kissing up Nayeon’s neck and they ended up with Nayeon’s back against the cold tiles and Jeongyeon kneeling between her legs. Afterwards, Jeongyeon didn’t waste a second to tease Nayeon when she was walking on shaky legs only to be shut up with a rough kiss and pushed to their bed.
After that Nayeon laid her head on Jeongyeon’s naked chest as they were both still trying to catch their breath. She could hear Jeongyeon’s fast heartbeat but it was calming to her in a way. Maybe it was a little disgusting laying in bed like this, they were sweaty and the sheets were damp but the last thing she wanted to do right now was move. She knew Jeongyeon would worry about cleaning once she completely calmed down so Nayeon wanted to enjoy the little moment she had of their post-orgasm bliss.
“I feel disgusting.” Jeongyeon cringed.
There it was.
“What a romantic.” Nayeon teased. “Is that what you say to all the ladies after sex?”
“You know very well you’re the only lady I’ve had sex with.” Jeongyeon removed herself from Nayeon, rolling her girlfriend on her back. She walked to the bathroom, leaving the door open, which meant that Nayeon would have quite the view from their bed.
“That means you’ve only had the best. No reason to settle for less.” Nayeon grinned lazily. Jeongyeon seemed to pointedly ignore her in favor of washing her hair. Nayeon turned to the bathroom door on her stomach, using a pillow to support her head while she stared at Jeongyeon under the shower.
“You’re gorgeous. Do you know that?” Nayeon said once her girlfriend was drying herself off. “Absolutely stunning.”
“W-what?” Jeongyeon looked bashful and Nayeon could see her face, neck and chest turn red at the compliment and Nayeon’s intense stare. “Thank you?” Jeongyeon felt embarrassed, standing in the middle of the room with nothing but a towel covering her. Being naked in front of Nayeon was nothing new to her but having her stare at her like that, especially since they already tired each other out in bed, made her feel, well, naked.
“You’re cute. Blushing like that at a little compliment.” Nayeon laughed light-heartedly at her girlfriend.
She felt content right at this moment. She was happy, still riding her post-sex high and so so in love with Jeongyeon. Jeongyeon forced her to shower too, which Nayeon didn’t bother to fight back about, and after they were finally both under the covers and Nayeon could tuck her face into Jeongyeon’s neck and wrap her arms around her.
They laid there in comfortable silence. Nayeon could tell that Jeongyeon was starting to doze off and she was too. In her sleepy haze, Nayeon didn’t think much before she mumbled her thoughts out loud.
“Do you think we should get married one day?”
“What?” All sleep fled from Jeongyeon’s mind. Nayeon could feel Jeongyeon’s pulse speed up. “What do you mean, baby?”
“Oh-” Nayeon’s eyes shot wide open. “N-nothing. Don’t even remember what I said.” She laughed awkwardly, hoping to draw Jeongyeon’s attention away from her words.
“You asked if we should get married.” Jeongyeon slowly sat up, making Nayeon move with her too. She grabbed Nayeon’s hands and tried to look deep into her eyes even as her girlfriend actively avoided her gaze. “Do you want that?”
“You don’t want to?” Nayeon’s voice was small.
“I didn’t say that.” Jeongyeon’s brows furrowed. She cupped Nayeon’s cheeks and pulled her face up. “Look at me, Nayeon.”
Nayeon hesitated for a moment longer. This wasn’t supposed to happen tonight. But when she did look at her girlfriend, she felt her eyes fill with tears.
“Baby, you want to get married?” Jeongyeon asked.
“Yes.” Nayeon didn’t want to lie.
“We don’t have to if you don’t want to. Or we can take our time and do it years from now.”
“Nayeon.” Jeongyeon cut her off, sounding stern. “It was a yes or no question.”
“Sorry.”
“I don’t understand,” Jeongyeon murmured. She still held Nayeon’s face in her hands, her touch impossibly gentle. “Why are you hesitating now? Do you think I don’t want to marry you?”
“I don’t know.” Nayeon shrugged. She dared to look at Jeongyeon. “Do you?”
“You’re the love of my life, Nayeon. Of course I want to marry you one day.” Jeongyeon’s lips tugged up.
“What about right now?” Nayeon grabbed Jeongyeon’s hands from her cheeks and pulled them down to her chest, giving them a small squeeze.
“Right now? Isn’t that a bit too quick? There’s paperwork involved and all sorts of other stuff, baby.” Jeongyeon frowned.
“No! I meant getting engaged.” Nayeon corrected.
“Yoo Jeongyeon, will you marry me?” Nayeon swore she could feel her heart beat out of her chest. She was almost shaking from adrenaline.
Jeongyeon looked at Nayeon for the longest time, completely silent. Nayeon knew that she was thinking of something so she let her be even if she was starting to get antsy.
“You do know marriage is about more than just love, right? You’d be spending your whole life with me and we’d legally both own everything we have and there’s family gatherings - I know you hate my cousins - and dealing with money...” Jeongyeon was listing anything and everything that came to mind and Nayeon felt herself relax. Jeongyeon was worried she didn’t want the responsibilities that came with being married to each other.
“I know, honey. I’ve been thinking about this for a long time.” Nayeon admitted.
“You have?” Jeongyeon sounded surprised. “Why haven’t you said anything?”
“I want to marry you even if you have annoying, horrible cousins who keep insulting you behind your back and I know we agree on almost everything important. I know we both want two kids in the far, far future” Nayeon ignored Jeongyeon’s question. “I want to spend my life with you. Nothing is going to change my mind, baby.”
“I want to do that too.” Jeongyeon chin wobbled as she finally started tearing up too. “I want to marry you.”
Nayeon surged forward, kissing Jeongyeon so hard that their teeth almost knocked together. She pressed their lips together firmly, keeping Jeongyeon in place with her hand on the back of her neck. She could taste the slight saltiness of both of their tears on their lips but she could care less about that. This kiss was the only thing keeping her from screaming in happiness. Jeongyeon eventually pulled back for air and knocked their foreheads together.
“I love you. I love you so so much. More than I can even think to put in words right now.” Nayeon chanted.
“I love you just as much. You know I do. I can’t wait to get rings.” Jeongyeon said.
“I can show you some that I’ve picked out.” Nayeon said, getting visibly excited.
Here’s 2.2k words of 2yeon arguing. This is gonna be at least 3 parts in total, this part is basically like a very long intro. I’ll try to write the other parts soon.
CW // cheating (talking about it)
-
Jeongyeon could tell something was wrong. She started noticing it when Nayeon was two months into her pregnancy. Back then it was still subtle, they still talked the same way, dreamed about their future with their child the same way, cuddled up at night the same way. But Jeongyeon noticed that sometimes Nayeon seemed to hesitate before kissing her. If they made out, she slowly pulled away barely after a minute.
Back then Jeongyeon could chalk it up to the pregnancy. Nayeon had a hard time, she saw it first hand. It started off great, Nayeon barely had morning sickness or any pains but by her third semester her hormones were a complete mess and her cravings drove her insane sometimes. Jeongyeon tried her best to be there for her for whatever her wife may need, but Nayeon had snapped at her more than once in her frustration. So Jeongyeon could only assume she was just hormonal and tired.
When it started to get worse, when Nayeon seemed to brush her off and avoid her in their own house, Jeongyeon finally started to seriously worry. Yet every time she’d asked Nayeon if something was wrong, the woman had a convenient excuse. And Jeongyeon was content to ignore all the signs and believe her wife. It was just easier that way.
