Sargent is meant to be Siebold's replacement in the Elite 4. She's also a nepo hire (is his niece), and is unrecognizable between her state as Team MZ's Sargent and Elite 4's Ambrosia. Grass specialist as Ambrosia, everything varied as Sargent.

The two names actually make up her full name, Ambrosia Sargent.

Sargent's got the pokeverse version of a dexcom or other cgm (continuous glucose monitor) on her arm and it is absolutely safety-adhered with pikachu shaped decorative patches

one VERY important fact to Sargent's characterization, be it as Sargent or as Ambrosia, is that she has dysgeusia (a condition which causes a distortion of food tastes) due to her status as a type one diabetic. Things tend to taste very salty or metallic to her, and given she also often has zinc deficiency, it can be pretty intense -- also, while she will eat damn near anything, the person best at mitigating her taste condition and altering things to her needs is, in fact, Siebold. Secondarily, and purely on accident, Urbain and Taunie's recipes tend to taste "normal" to Sargent, so she'll happily slap down croissant curry.

Sargent as Elite 4 Ambrosia does her cooking show segments with her diabetic health in mind, using it as a teaching method for trainers to learn recipes that will help them and their family members of similar health. Her fetch quests also involve using fun exercises that can help without causing a blood sugar to bottom out.

Sargent has two different mega stone rigs. For her "role" as MZ Sargent, it's in her hair tie, which she undoes when going into battle. As Elite 4 Ambrosia, it's on the earpiece of her headset, as part of her room is a "cooking show".

She views her "roles" as casting credits, dividing herself between Ambrosia and Sargent, as she hasn't been "Ambrosia Sargent" since taking over her uncle's spot in her teens.
