Woah, hey, look at all of this stuff! I suddenly got struck by the inspiration to doodle some of the new characters. As you can see my art is a heck of a lot better than it was when I last posted it

These are more of concept sketches than anything, that’s why the designs are kind of inconsistent and everything is so messy. But it was really fun to give this fandom some love again, and maybe I’ll draw Mrs Pomp someday, but she... frightens me.....

Beans Species: Human Age: 11 months Location: Bean’s school Desc: An inconveniently named student with a mouth permanently full of gum, even before remaining in the school too long began affecting his body. He’s playful but obnoxious, and manages to smear gum in the hardest to clean places, and it’s not uncommon for him to launch it at people’s faces, faculty or other students. He’s completely oblivious to how little people like him, but he’s too joyful for anyone to tell him.

Chalkles Species: Human Age: 13 months Location: Blueberry’s school Desc: A student that likes to pretend he’s faculty, staying in the school for too long reduced him to a chalk-powder like state, letting him manipulate his appearance however he pleases and phase through walls. If he notices the opportunity, he’ll lock someone in a room for a few minutes, jamming the lock with chalk. He always lets people go and never harms them, but as he’s made of floating powder, he’s also very hard to catch and punish, much to Blueberry’s dismay.

I almost forgot, it’s my birthday, and that means two years ago today was when I started this blog! How time flies? It doesn’t feel like it was two years ago! It also means it’s been one year since I officially declared its dead-ness, but it was on its way out for a while before that. Even if it wasn’t that long ago, I still get nostalgia trips every time I look back at the blog. There were a lot of fun memories, and I’m still super thankful that they happened!

Since the early access of BBIEAL+ has been released (and I own it, thanks to @randomyetnot!) I’ve had brief thoughts of the new characters and how they’d fit into the universe I created. No promises, obviously, but there might be art of them sometime.

Anyway, enjoy this little update as a I descend into the void once more, and I hope you’re all staying safe!

Yes, this blog is dead. Yes, it’s staying dead. But! I have a surprise! Tada, doodles! But these aren’t quite the good boys that you know. These are the redesigns of the characters I made to take them into more of a personal thing where I’m free to design them as far away from BBIEAL as I want, and without running a blog. As much as I love BBIEAL and running a blog, there’s a lot less stress, and also for sentimental value! And, I thought, maybe the people who still follow the blog would want to see that the Good Boys are still alive in some form.

One last thing you might be wondering that I might as well clarify while I’m at it, what about when the full BBIEAL releases? Depending on when it releases and how much time I have when it does, I might do a short lived revival or post something special. Either way, BBIEAL will always be special to me!

I won’t be tagging this or anything, I want this to just be for the people who interacted with the blog while it was still alive and still follow it now as another pin in the string of thank yous that I will continue delivering until I die

A year (and a day) ago, on my birthday, I opened the first version of this blog, ask-the-schoolhouse (Baldi on the right). Because it was bad and not particularly original I remade it into the Baldi you all know and most of you came for, greenbeanbaldi. After some late night doodles I got a new idea for a Baldi, and I started baldibot.All three Baldis here are little green men that mean a lot to me now. The blog released its first post a year ago, and this is probably going to be its last, and it’s a good time to end, I think. The blog brought me tons of stuff that I’ve gone over time and time again, so here’s a last little thank you gift to everyone who joined me on this weird and wonderful little adventure.

You know, I have two weeks off school after this week. Maybe I’ll do a bunch of art streams.

Not sure what’ll become of this blog. Occasional doodles? I still like drawing the characters. Memes? Maybe. Whatever I feel like, meaning probably nothing? Sounds about right

Blogs are Dead (really)

And, yeah, I know, I know I’ve said they’re not dead quite a lot. But if you’re in the Discord server you’ll know this blog and baldibot are, very much, dead.

BUT! This blog means a lot to me for many reasons, and I won’t let it die a slow death. Let’s go out with a bang.

So here’s an idea I propose- art stream. On YouTube. I love the concept of doing art streams, and after recently figuring out how to do them, I’ve only been able to do them with one or two people watching. I’d love to have a small amount of people watching. Even if it’s only the people in the Discord server currently.

What’s in it for you, you’re wondering? If you’re interested in the story I’d drop some story pieces here and there. The story’ll get out there eventually! And you can ask questions to me about the story instead of the characters! And I won’t wink and you and go “hahaha no ;)”, unlike half of the characters, it seems.

What will I draw? Maybe requests. Bean, Blueberry, Princi, students, BaldiBot. Maybe a few OCs thrown in there if that’s alright.

When will it happen? On a weekend, probably. If people want this I’ll put a poll on for what time. Maybe if people come I’ll do more art streams! Less BBIEAL based but there. I’m not sure. This is just something I’d love to do.

In general - this blog, as well as baldibot, are dead. I had an incredible time running it and I hope you all loved reading it, but motivation is hard to come by. If you want to see stuff I am motivated on, check my Toyhouse, and my other, still pretty dead but slightly less so, Tumblr, @kirbyisdead.

But if I had to say one thing, thank you all for helping me through an incredible 256 days (July 8th to March 21st). All 238-ish of you. Thank you.

Oh, and the stream will be out for anyone to watch after the stream’s over, so don’t worry if you miss it but still want to watch.
