have to explain to a (my) therapist in a couple of days why saying things like "check in with your body" and "where do you feel that in your body" to a client (me) who's being absolutely destroyed by dysphoria is a bad idea. Also going to have to explain to them why randomly bringing up transphobia is going to be harmful especially when it isn't even the main issue I'm there to see them for. Not excited for it at all and I feel insane for having to explain it to them
