First look at “My Adventures With Superman” (HBO Max/Cartoon Network).

“My Adventures with Superman” is an all-new kids and family animated series following the action-packed, comedic and romantic adventures of Superman and Lois Lane. In this serialized coming-of-age story, we follow twenty-somethings Clark Kent (voiced by Jack Quaid) as he builds his secret Superman identity embracing his role as the hero of Metropolis, the bright and driven Lois Lane (voiced by Alice Lee) now growing into a star investigative journalist, and an aspiring photographer Jimmy Olsen taken by Lois under her wing. They trio begins to discover who they are and everything they can accomplish together as an investigative reporting team at the Daily Planet. All the while, Clark and Lois are falling in love, sharing adventures, taking down bad guys, stumbling over secrets, and discovering what it means to be Superman and Lois Lane.

DC Festival of Heroes: the Asian Superhero Celebration - Masks

This was a nice story, although one thing I was surprised about was how they kind of buried the lede by putting Shoes/Cheshire Cat’s actual name in the character summary section at the end of the special itself.

I mean, I kind of suspected due to the whole thing of her connection to Cheshire (although I suspected that she might be Artemis Crock in a new riff on her Young Justice incarnation initially) but considering how Infinite Frontier #2 claimed that Lian had been killed by the Electrocutioner, I didn’t think that she was still on the table, so to speak?

And yes, Roy’s stupid trucker hat is still canon for some bizarre reason.

Also, out of all the people that Lian could have been taken in by in a mentorship capacity, she kind of lucked out with Selina. :)
