And I know you all who read this do not care at all, but I haven’t been posting stuff for a while recently. The reason why is because I was kinda busy with my new sales job at an Apple Premium Reseller , which is not completely vegan but okay.

Also, I still do not know what to study next year.

I havent been posting regularly lately , but that's okay since I have a job now :). Yesterday I went to diner with friends at "hey ketelhuis" situated in the old boiler room of the old Philips campus. It's one of my favourite places to dine. The interior is vintage and they serve free tap water. They cook with local, fresh produce so the menu varies every day. This was the first time I came here since I went vegan, so I called ahead just in case. When I arrived I found out the chef created something special for me! Couscous with a mousse of pumpkin and fresh veggies. For dessert I decided to have a coffee and my boyfriend and I shared a lovely stewed pear. If you are ever in Eindhoven, I definitely recommend the place!

RAW till 4

I'm trying to eat raw till 4 recently (just to try) and it feels amazing! It feels good to stuff my face with bananas and other delish fruits💚 the after lunch dip I always had is non existent and I feel great! Also: potatoes!
