Green Exercise and The Snacking Revolution

Here’s a video and some pics from ‘Liverpool Bay Forest’ (National Trust Formby - Squirrel Walk). That time between Christmas and New Year is a GREAT time to Enjoy some #GreenMoments Nature Connection so I came to North Wirral Coastal Park for a #VitaminN #NatureFix and some #VitaminSEA #SEAcotherapy Yeaaaahhhhhhhh

......and while by the sea I was looking out over the horizon to where the Isle of Man is in the Irish Sea (and Liverpool over Liverpool Bay and the River Mersey) while complementing Bali as a GREAT place for Nature Connection Based Wellness Travel & Tourism in 2018

......then walked to the top of this hill where I mention the Isle of Man / The Mersey Coastal Forest / The Snowdonia Celtic Rainforest / Liverpool / Birken Vegas

Green Friday

As we know this year Friday 23rd November is 'Black Friday' so I'm gonna roll with 'Green Friday' by doing a litter pic while walking in a natural environment.
