The biggest thing telling me that my hair is getting longer is that my father is starting to act homophobic ("Your hair being that long makes you look like a faggot") and misogynistic ("We need to get you a hair cut, it makes you look like a woman" (I'm not even afab so this one confuses me even more 😭)) because of it, which sucks because that means I hear him talk more, but it reminds me that time is actually passing and my hair is getting noticeably longer
