Lee is very fond of animals and perfectly finds a common language with them. But he likes the squirrels much more. He loves to feed them, makes them feeders in winter and tried several times to keep the squirrels at home, but quickly released them into the forest.

"Lee-kun!!" There's no hesitation as she throws herself in front of him, bouncing with boundless energy, Setsuki gleams as she gazes up into his eyes with a sense of admiration. "I just found out that it's the most important day of the year! Your birthday!!" Oh, she definitely had something big planned, and she most definitely had help from Gai-sensei, too. They were planning a huge surprise party, inviting just about everyone that Lee knew. Including Sanshō and Karashi.

Lee smiled broadly and hugged him tightly. He appreciated her care and her friendship. His heart began to beat faster and he embarrassedly kissed her on the cheek.

“Thank you so much, Setsuki-chan! Do you want to eat ice cream with me? I would be very glad to spend this day with you! ”

"LEEEEEEEE!!" Gai breaks down his door with a single kick, the door itself flies across Lee's apartment until it crashes into the opposing wall. It's okay, they could fix it later. Besides, the door is surely used to such a beating... Gai proudly enters the house, expectedly welcomed, he lowers a very large box onto the floor in the middle of the room. Inside of this box, is the biggest cake anyone has ever seen. Gai had made it himself. It was enormous. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LEE!!"

A flood of tears gushed from Lee’s eyes when Gai-sensei appeared in his house and congratulated him on his birthday. Could he wish for something more than a congratulation of the full power of youth from his beloved mentor? Gai-sensei was an amazing man and he proved it many times.

“THANK YOU VERY MUCH GAI- SENSEI!”

He jumped to his favorite sensei and hugged him tightly, overflowing with a sea of feelings.
