Trauma is so fucked up. Because I can tell when I'm having a breakdown from cptsd but for the life of me I can't remember from what. Entire chunks of my life are gone and I react to things, not knowing why but knowing it's.. from something. I know it's because of something [REDACTED] did to me or said or whatever... but I don't know what. I don't know how bad it was or if it was physical or mental or anything... because it's all just fucking gone. If I knew why I was like this... I could fix it. I feel like a feral dog stuck in a shelter, biting every hand that tries to pet it because I don't know what else to do.
