So nearly done which is good as Comet is a teen...here are her requirements for Generation Three

Master rocket science and handiness skill
Master astronaut career and complete Nerd Brain aspiration
Must complete ten wood sculptures via the woodworking table as a teen
Must build a rocket ship and visit Sixam
Enter the secret lot in Oasis Springs (requiring max handiness)
Never have any close friends or relationships other than grandparent from Generation 1 until the grandparent dies...Check

Only room not shown is Jam’s bedroom as it really only has his bed in it. After remodelling and furnishing Jam had pretty much run out of money.
I’m not much of a builder but I think this does the job ok for generation 2 and 3.
