Neptune in the 1st: The dreamer in you cares about what is happening around you. These are people who are ready to help and give their help at any time. Dreamers of course with the 1st house, they set their goals and dreams in their mind constantly. These are people who also practise ways which are not everyday, which might make them a bit chaotic they are not practical at all, but their creativity is off the roof. Their mind works magic in the field of creativity and because they are not practical, that gives them more space for creativity. These people might also change their mood a lot, accordingly to something, because they are very sensitive. They pick up vibes very easily, thanks to the instinctive and intuitive 1st house field of Aries, picking up those vibes might make them change their mood. Also being that instinctive and psychic as they are, add sensitivity to that, things can easily touch their beautiful mind.

Neptune in the 2nd: Neptune here really blessed the 2nd house with the knowledge of having enough, making them very appreciative of their ownings, toning down the hunger for wealth which is sparked by the 2nd house. Also the little dreamer here is also very giving, caring, generous the expectations for returns are also toned down with Neptune here. The 2nd house and Neptune are in a harmonious bond here, making them very stable people still, who stand firm on the ground ready for any decisions. These people are also very imaginative so they can think of a lot of points ahead of time, which can be used for their practicality, they are also very practical. A bit opposite of the 1st House which I mentioned above. These are people who are very intuitive, their senses are open to pick up things, they also need to trust their gut feeling more, it is always right. When in the right place I believe they do follow it. It can also take them places.

Neptune in the 3rd: These are people who keep their mind occupied with thoughts and might be scattered-brained pretty often. They also like socializing, but about the important things, interesting and captivating topics and really much despise doing mundane everyday things and small talk. Their thirst for knowledge and curiousity makes them feed their mind very much often, which makes them very knowledgeable. Their nervous 3rd house energy and scattered brain can sometimes make them unreliable, sometimes they need the help more than we do. But their creativity is undeniable. Their knowledge and creativity put together can make them achieve great things, plus their mindset is very much idealistic thanks to Neptune here, it can sometimes disappoint them but with the needed experience they will know how to use it to their advantage.

Neptune in the 4th: These little people are very much in a confused state. Neptune here messes a bit with the 4th house, making them a bit insecure than usual, suspicious, making them always look out for themselves. But they need to learn their limit, limitations to over-thinking because it can turn into torture. But their spirituality is undeniable here, if they follow their soul path they will get rid of all the uncertainty they feel, they are inclined on being very spiritual indeed, which will help their dreamers path. Also their nervous, anxious energy can bring them closer to awakening if they still haven’t. Their spirituality can put an end to their insecurity and anxiety. And also help them develop their intuition.

Neptune in the 5th: Just like the 1st house, blessed with tremendous creativity but no practicality. As I said more space for the little dreamer here to develop creatively. These are people who are extremely entertaining, whenever they go they put a smile on someone’s face or inspires them. These are people who are not practical but have other ways of achieving their goals. Also, the romantics are right here, the 5th house people, they understand romance, they want it, they can fairly give it. Their youthful, playful 5th house spirit in Neptune helps them with that. Also with their creativity they might develop any form and kind of artistic talents, that they need to better and work with from the start.

Neptune in the 6th: The 6th house is not extremely changed by Neptune here. Instead of clouding them they are clear on what they want and how to get it. Their logical mindset is very functional and helpful. Especially with life, these are dreamers who will let you see the reality of your dreams, get you more grounded, maybe yes, the voice of critics but a real one. They are very sensitive people, who will care about how to deliver everything to you. These are people who are extremely giving and helpful to their loved ones, unconditionally. But are also people who build systems in order to organize their lives and make them easier. That is why they are also the helping voice, their help is very much needed and wanted. Very caring as well, they have a huge heart. They will also cherish the little traditions they create with their friends, family, partners, generally their loved ones.

Neptune in the 7th: These people if not in a very healthy place, can be very deceiving to get whatever they want. Neptune lends them the power of deception and illusion. But once they’ve healed these are people who are extremely sacrificing for their loved ones. They put others’ needs and wants before their own. They are also idealistic, which sometimes can make it worse, if someone is a toxic person In their life will be idealized and updated in their minds, until they are hurt and learn. Everything is a learning experience in bettering ourselves. These people are also gifted with artistic and creative talents.

Neptune in the 8th: These are people who were blessed with many gifts by Neptune. They’ve been blessed with reading people very well, and were granted their wish of resolving puzzles easily, puzzles such as complex as people. Extremely intuitive and psychic, just a few of the gifts they were given. With these gifts they are so protective and defensive in some cases, but with their sensitivity added they are protectors. But do not reveal their own things as quickly as they read people, they are more secretive at the beginning and even further ahead. Some of them may be even clairvoyant.

Neptune in the 9th: Very optimistic dreamers who most of the time lack focus to get there. But that does not stop their fire and spontaneity. They might not be that focused but they are very much balanced in a good place most of the time helping them get to the next point. They are also very thirsty for knowledge but the difference with them is that they want to pass that knowledge, and have a very philosophical mindset which helps see the bigger picture and other, different, creative views. They are also very prophetic.

Neptune in the 10th: Extremely grounded people. The gifts they were given by Neptune keep them grounded and successful in their path, also if they stumble and fall along the way, this stays with them opening their eyes or keeping them open. But they are also very, very much creative and creators of all sorts, this combination is inspiring to many in their life and around. They were blessed with very sharp intuition which guides them to take on the right projects, choose the right path and just build up their experiences. These people might get a bit dramatic because they are so creative, but that is the comic relief with them. This whole package is why they are inspiring.

Neptune in the 11th: These are people who are complex. The 11th house with the help of Neptune gives us rebellious dreamers here, making it difficult sometimes for the people around them. Extremely dreamy themselves as their dreams are. What makes them so successful is that they carry responsibility along-side with their dreams, giving them huge chances of accomplishing them. With their sensitivity for everyone as a collective they might get a bit moody following their dreams, which is why they need a support system from people who know them and can be there for them even though they might seem so far away even though they have been hurt.

Neptune in the 12th: Neptune is at home here. Making these people knowledgeable off all the things above from the previous 11th houses. But are the ultimate dreamer, blessed with intuition and different psychic gifts. Their spirituality allows them to be reflective and reflect their mistakes, their past, their experiences, once you realize that it takes your journey further on. Their sensitivity makes them open to any vulnerabilities and are vulnerable, but are not afraid to express their emotions. Very mystical.

Tips for Hexing & Cursing

Anything Hot, Spicy, or Sour can inflict physical pain, heat, agitation, or “sourness” to the individual.

Anything you normally use for divination, dreams, or astral can be used for Illusions, Delusions, & Nightmares

Anything you use for spirit work can be used to send unhappiness, restlessness, or spirits to someone

Anything poisonous/toxic can be used to create either illness or even death.

The Most Important Magical Care Tool In A Witches Arsenal: Grounding

As a witch who’s always on the go it can sometimes be hard to focus on magical self care. I’m traveling and moving and working with lots of people and life is kind of a whirlwind and I love it but sometimes it all gets to be a little… much. In all of the hustle and bustle my ability to take care of myself and my ability to take care of my magical practice can start to go south. I forget to practice good magical hygiene (such as cleansing and banishing) and I start to feel a little disconnected from the whole thing.

When this happens I like to turn to magical self care! Now, there are two types of magical self care: there’s magic that is used as self care and there’s self care for your magic. The methods I’m about to discuss happen to be useful for both! 

  The Most Important Magical Self Care Tool In A Witches Arsenal: Grounding

Grounding is a vital part of learning to practice magic in a safe and healthy way. The term comes from the process of grounding an electrical circuit. Essentially if an object is negatively charged, grounding allows excess electrons to flow from the object into the earth, and if an object is positively charged, electrons flow from the earth into the object. It’s a method of balancing and equalizing the flow of energy.

Similarly, in witchcraft grounding is the practice of balancing personal energies. Many things can pull us out of balance, emotional turmoil (for empaths it doesn’t even have to be our own emotional turmoil, often we pick up other people’s emotions far too readily!), illness, performing rituals or spells, astral travel, even simple things from our day to day lives can create a state of too much personal energy or too little personal energy.

This can be an incredibly uncomfortable experience.

Symptoms of unbalanced energy:

Dizziness, feeling spaced out, light headed or a floaty feeling

Headaches

Forgetfulness

Misplacing or losing things

Feeling generally unwell or exhausted

Daydreaming and an inability to focus

Sensitivity to light and noise

Feeling over stimulated and nervy

Bumping into things or other general feelings of clumsiness

An uncomfortable sensation of buzzing under the skin

Nausea and vomiting

Pain

Irritability

Insomnia

These symptoms typically become more severe the further out of alignment you are.

It is essential that you learn to ground properly before beginning to practice magic. Often I see newer witches who have yet to learn this skill experiencing unnecessarily strong backlash from their spell work.

Magic is energy! When you move and manipulate energy in such powerful ways it can and will pull your own energy out of balance. Grounding allows you to avoid the unpleasant side effects of spell casting which means a you’ll be a happier witch and have more time and space to practice your craft!

How To Ground Yourself

There are many ways of grounding yourself, I suggest you try a variety of methods and find the one that is most effective for you.

Rooting Yourself

This method works best if you are barefoot and standing on grass or dirt. Imagine your energy extending down through your legs and sinking into the earth, becoming roots and burrowing into the soil to trade energy with the earth. Feel the earth’s energy flow up into your body, filling you all the way to your head and then back down and out through your roots. This energy will cycle through you and clear away any excess energy as well as solving any energy deficiencies you might have. Continue this until you feel calm and comfortable.

Laugh

Laughter is an amazing way to release pent up energy as well as building our personal energy from within! Give yourself time and space to have a good laugh, put on your favorite comedian and enjoy yourself.

Food

Nourishing your body can help to reconnect you to your physical self and refuel depleted energy. Sit down for a hearty meal and give it your full attention, this helps to pull you back into your body fully after astral work or other intense spiritual experiences and gives you a moment to rest and relax.

Water

Water is a wonderful conductor of energy, sitting with your feet in a stream, your hands under a running faucet, or drawing yourself a bath can equalize your energy very quickly. Playing in the rain can also equalize your energy but if it’s sunny out visualizing rain washing your energy clean will work just as well.

Go for a walk

Getting out in nature, especially if you can walk barefoot, will allow your body to trade energy with the earth and equalize your energy levels. Walking in nature also helps to build mindfulness and create a sense of ease in your life!

Wind Visualization

Sit comfortably and begin to visualize your energy body. When you have a solid image of it in your mind imagine a strong gust of wind blowing your energy around you, removing blockages, carrying away excesses and refueling any energetic deficiencies.

Exercise

Gentle exercise can help to release any excess energies. Do not ground this way if you feel lethargic, exhausted or in any kind of pain. This method is ONLY to be used when you have an energy excess!

Body Awareness

Simply giving your body attention can encourage your energy to equalize on its own. Take a few minutes to consciously take stock of every inch of your body. Begin at your head, feel your scalp, then move to focusing on each part of your face. Move downward and feel your neck, your chest, then your arms, your elbows, your wrists, your fingertips. Focus on your torso again, now placing your energy on your stomach, feel it move with your breath. Continue this all the way down to your toes. Try to remain relaxed throughout this process.

Let Yourself Cry

Crying or screaming will release excess emotional energy very quickly. If you’re the sort of person who loves a good cleansing cry then this one is for you.

Stones and Crystals

Certain stones and crystals can be grounding. Hematite is particularly good for this purpose.

Play in the dirt

Getting in contact with the earth through gardening or rolling around in the dirt like you did when you were a kid allows your body to exchange energy with the earth. So let go of your adulthood for a few minutes and get in the dirt!

When To Use Grounding

Grounding is a wonderful tool to use but it isn’t a cure all. It’s also not always desirable to be completely grounded! There are certain types of magic that can be hindered by grounding and other types of magic that are simply not energy based and won’t require grounding to be effective.

When working with spirits being too grounded can make it more difficult to connect to the entity

If you’re fueling magic with emotions or excitement grounding beforehand will not help. You want your emotions and energy high in order to perform that sort of magic.

Sigils generally do not require grounding

Any kind of astral or out of body practice will be made much more difficult if you’re grounded beforehand. Ground after this sort of practice, not before

Dream work will be hindered by grounding

Grounding is most often used for post-spell backlash but it can also be utilized in your day to day life to enhance focus and happiness, lessen anxiety and protect you from emotional runoff.

If you struggle with any of the symptoms of being ungrounded regularly you might benefit from adding a few minutes of grounding into your daily practice!
