If you don't find their relationship compelling at all, then you're just allergic to well-written romance.
For the sake of my emotional well-being, I'm not going on Twitter, TikTok, and Reddit until Chapter 6 makes every toxic shipper and anti on those hellsites spontaneously combust.
Deltarune fans in 2026 be moving like Undertale fans in 2016.
The really funny thing about all the bad takes and toxic discourse currently surrounding Kris, Susie, and their character flaws is that much of it is the fault of toxic shippers.
You can't have a meaningful discussion about their shortcomings and imperfections because some self-righteous, media-illiterate pricks want to use them as an excuse to bash their NOTP.
You cannot convince me that Kris is not being manipulated, gaslit, coerced, or, dare I say, abused in some way by the Knight and/or Carol to keep them in line and prevent them from backing out of the plan.
Starting to notice some patterns...
Y'all are acting like Kris is this selfish, backstabbing manipulator when this has been their moral dilemma for literally the entire game.
Chapter 5 confirming that Ralsei and Kris have feelings for each other made me realize I have not been polyshipping to my full potential.
The scene where Noelle and Susie find out that Kris has been working with the Knight and with Carol the whole time is going to be so much more devastating than you can possibly imagine.
How do you think Susie's gonna feel that not only Kris was going behind her back and collaborating with her opponents, but that the only reason they did so was that they were trying to fulfill a promise to bring back her girlfriend's missing sister?
And how do you think Noelle's gonna feel about Susie when she finds out that not only was her sister their "enemy" all along, but also that Susie was seeking to destroy her and that helping Susie might mean ruining any chance of Dess coming back?
And how do you think Kris is going to feel knowing that they not only might have forever ruined their relationships with Susie and Noelle, but also Susie and Noelle's relationship with each other?
Yeah, we're gonna be in for a whole lotta Suselle, Krusie, Kriselle, and Krusielle angst.
Methinks that Kris's feelings about Noelle being involved are a little more complicated than simple jealousy.
*LAUGHS IN KRUSIELLE AGENDA*
I felt prompted to make this after seeing how she was getting slandered.
Interesting how the resounding majority of Krusie fans here want Krusie to coexist with Suselle, while so-called "Krusie fans" elsewhere want it to exist at Suselle's expense (which not only makes them anti-Suselle but also anti-Krusielle).
And y'all wonder why I stay on Tumblr.
I'm not saying she's completely perfect, but she really is trying her damndest!
The torment you put Kris and Noelle through in Snowgrave feels like something you would see in I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream...
...and you're playing as AM.
If I could describe the player in Snowgrave with a single word, it would be this: CARCINOGEN.
The most horrifying thing about Noelle's "evil" qualities and ambitions she displays in the final scene didn't just come out of thin air. She wanted to be strong. She wanted to be free to choose her own path. She wanted to be herself. And most importantly, she wanted to be with Kris again. All of which are perfectly understandable and benevolent goals.
But just like how a carcinogen turns perfectly healthy cells into horrible tumours, you took Noelle's desires, insecurities, and ambitions and YOU MUTATED THEM. Turning them into something nightmarish and destructive.
You did to her the exact same thing you've been doing to Kris ever since Chapter 2. They wanted her to be strong, too! And they wanted to be with her again! But thanks to you, you took all of those desires, and you made them malignant and cancerous.
And now that cancer has METASTASIZED.
First it was calling Toriel a neglectful drunk after what happened in Chapter 4 and now it's this nonsense.
