This is a Pokémon oc x canon blog! I’m also the creator of the Vessel AU!
What is the Vessel AU?
The Vessel AU centers around Arceus sends Gris, a purposeless pokemon trainer from Alola, into the past to quell the frenzied lords and mend the rifts in space and time! But Giratina wants full custody, while Gris just wants to find a place and a purpose to belong to without the meddling of Gods in their life.
Basically, Arceus chose one person to go back into the past and prevent Dialga and Palkia from tearing the fabric of existence apart. Arceus causes the frenzies as a way to slowly provide the vessel the needed power to stop these deities when they conflict and act through them like a puppet. However, Giratina's influence on the world notices Arceus's efforts, being the exact mirror of the legendary it's able to use the vessel as well. This only leads to the vessel experiencing severe pain as well as some supernatural occurrences.
Gris, The Vessel, just wants to live life in Hisui and make new friends but they struggle as the fight to remain themselves gets harder and harder each day.

Yes! I always admired self-insert or fan-inspired works especially centered around the world and lore of pokemon as the anime really depicts how lively and interesting the world can be!
