Why I'm doing This.
-For not having a rash because my thighs will stop touching. -To not be embarrassed or scared when people try to lift me. -To feel more comfortable in my own body. -To have some confidence for once. -To have thigh high socks fit and be high up. -To not have to spend so long shaving. -To not jiggle when moving. -To not be the fat friend. -For the jealous looks from girls who want to have my body. -For the compliments. -For being able to turn heads with how good I look. -To not have double chin. -To see my collar bones. -To feel my hips stick out sharply. -To not feel disgusted every time I look in the mirror. -To wear the cute clothes. -To not have to be frustrated when something doesn’t fit. -To be in the single digits for size. -To look delicate but actually be a badass. -To feel beautiful. -To wear a 2 piece bathing suit without being uncomfortable. -To feel good. -To not be unhealthy. -To improve my asthma. -To be able to see why my boyfriend thinks I’m cute. -To feel awesome in skirts and shorts. -To see my jaw line be more prominent. -To be able to feel my ribs without layers of fat making them soft. -To be able to cosplay. -To not have fat rolls when standing. -To not feel ashamed every time I eat. -To have the body I wanted since childhood. -To not have to hide my body. -To be able to wear crop tops. -To wear cute tights and leggings. -To be able to wear yoga pants without fat showing through. -To rock skinny jeans. -To not have thighs that are almost the same size as my hips. -To have a small waist. -To love how I look. -To feel hopeful everyday. -To not feel as anxious or insecure when people look or stare at me. -To be able to show my arms and shoulders. -To not have to worry about my health as much. -To not feel fat everyday. -To have self control. -To hear those amazing words: “You lost weight”. -To not hate myself so much. -To finally feel proud of myself. -To be perfect.

This mornings breakfast😌 ~Little update~ I've been really pushing to work out a tonne and restrict and I'm very proud, however my bathroom scales are broken! So I am not sure how much I weigh anymore which is frustrating. I also purged for the first time last night as I binged on way too much mac and cheese which made me feel so sick I just had to bring it up. I don't plan on b/p on the regular, but I will admit it made me feel better. I am doing well, sorry I haven't been as active as usual but that should start up again. Hope everyone else is doing well and making progress, Stay healthy, lovelies xx

Laxative reminder
Laxative abuse is likely to throw off your body’s potassium levels, which can lead to heart attacks, among other things. If you are currently suffering from laxative addiction or struggling with using them, try and stay safe by replenishing your electrolytes. This can be done with Gatorade or smart water. If you can’t afford these things, a much cheaper solution is to put a pinch of salt in a glass of water or kool-aide. Laxatives do not effect calorie absorption but many people with eating disorders have trouble with them regardless. Please seek help with a therapist as soon as you can as well.

i’m trying to prove that stretch marks are normal and almost everyone gets them. i’m 5'7" and weigh 105 lbs and i still have stretch marks. they’re nothing to be ashamed of :)
i'll be staying at my grandma's place for a week and she's already so worried about my health all the time and insists i eat enormous meals at least 3 times a day. i'm dreading it. do you have any idea how i can keep my ed a secret from her? how i can eat less without anyone noticing? :///
You could possibly say that you feel sick as a way of getting out of eating. I personally have been actually feeling sick the last two days so I have hardly eaten. If you always complain about it, it becomes very believable. You could also spread your food out because sometimes that makes it look like you've eaten more, though it really depends on the food. You could also look into diet pills, although research before hand. I have ones that you take before a meal and they are "meant to stop the absorption of most of the fat" and I have them before big meals. I've noticed that they work and I don't gain anything no matter how big the meal! I try not to use them too regularly though. You could say you already ate a snack from the cupboard also, as usually they don't use up dishes so you don't need evidence. These are just a few I can think of right now, I hope they help though and I hope I haven't answered too late.
Hi how is your diet going? I am very new to this. Last week I was only eating 400 cals a day and lost 7 lbs but then went out of town to a relatives and ate because i was around food and people so i messed it all up and gotta start all over.
Mines been very much back and forth as I had to stay with friends for a couple of days, but I am currently at my lowest weight so far again so I am happy 😊 I've also began a fast with no set amount of days, but so far I've gone 30 hours. It's extremely hard at first! But once you begin seeing results it really motivates you and makes you happy .
Hey everyone! I'm so sorry I haven't been active the last week, but I will definitely start posting again tomorrow. Quick little update and the first picture of myself being uploaded to this!! These are my work pants and I usually only get one shift a week, but around three weeks ago they fit my snuggly. As you can see now they are very loose and the only thing keeping them up at all is my upper thighs. This is real motivation for me :) It shows that even if the scale doesn't change sometimes, your body still does. I hope everyone else is making progress and are happy. Even if you've lost the smallest amount, it is still an achievement and you should be proud of your efforts! x.
I don't know what it's like to look thin, feel thin, be thin. But I will one day .. and that's exciting
