If you failed the Walter's minigame (Walter's waterway) Bucky will be caught by a fishing hook, there're some slight blood spraying visual effects and shows Bucky was hurt. The minigame failed, then return the main map. Walter Walrus will say: Those hooks are sharp, huh?

Correction: the fifth one seems to be the non-canon like Duncan Dolphin. It's kind of the message shows he was existed. See the old BSB website in web archive(link).
