‘ uh, yeah— think that was my fault, ’ slightly wide-eyed, it didn’t take a paper degree to know that THINK actually meant it was entirely her fault. ‘ my kid threw his little— what’re they called ?? ranger powers ?? anyway, he threw about four of them in there to watch ‘em go for a ride. ’ her words came out so quickly that it seemed as though she was reciting her lines for a play that was two seconds away, as she nearly stuck her entire body inside, trying to see if her limited knowledge of washing machines ( which didn’t extend past which knob to turn and how long to let her clothes soak ) would pay off.
“Oh, I see.” he nodded slowly, offering the woman a sympathetic smile. His eyebrows furrowed worriedly, however, as he watched her enter almost her entire body headfirst inside the washing machine. “... you know how to fix it?” he asked, hesitantly.
