re : world building

set during the time period prior to atlantis' disappearance from the human world. an ancient kingdom is placed at the forefront of the looming war against the light of destruction. likely during the time frame 12000 + BC

the gentle darkness : a primordial soul that is split between the twelve dimension and is both the rival / archnemesis of the light of destruction.. in the human realm, the gentle darkness is revealed to manifest in the form of an orphan child. as a vessel of gentle darkness, the child is dubbed savior of the realm and is renown for his ability to purify those who are tainted with chaotic light

despite there being 12 different vessels ( 1 for every dimension ) the child who will later be known as haou, manages to defeat and absorb each of the gentle darkness vessel. by absorbing their distinctive abilities, he ascends from being mortal and into demi-god status. haou is the ultimate form of gentle darkness, and the form the light fears the most.

the 12 dimensions : the dimension differ naturally between realms, but the premise remains simple. the current vessel of the gentle darkness wishes to unite the 12 dimension and create a bridge of peace. the gentle darkness creates both alliances and followers, each one determined to see the light's downfall. the gentle darkness' power over spirits is prominently known throughout the realm.

atlantis : considered one of the greatest alliance to the gentle darkness' birth kingdom. their technology, particularly the use of orichalcum is the spearhead of the kingdoms weaponry.

the light of destruction : the enemy of all twelve dimensions. the light is able to spread itself like a virus and completely manipulate / mutate its chosen host. the light is spread in multitude and the one responsible for everything involving destructive order. the light is considered a plague, with no distinctive host ( as opposed to the gentle darkness who takes on its vessel ). the war between the light and dark lasted from the moment of creation, and it will eventually end during a confrontation between the light and haou. the light is neutralized and falls into a dormant spell, with its powers largely sealed, and haou too disappears from the pages of history.

sailor moon verse be like : judai goes to mugen academy, personally sponsored by the founder tomoe souichi. due to his affinity with alchemy, he shadows tomoe's research and is made as his personal errand boy. his academics are of course terrible and he is likely still plagued by yubel in some way. in his ancient past, he was one of chaos' prized agents who assisted in her planetary conquest of multiple systems under the name haou / supreme king.

main verse / default verse - verse / redemption : judai has graduated school and is currently traveling the world. officially he is under the employment of kagemaru, but the reality is that he is paid to investigate unnatural events relating to spirit. as the inheritor of gentle darkness, judai does have the ability to traverse between dimensions where he attempts to undo and repent for the damages caused by the creation of super polymerisation. unlike his friends, who ultimately has more of a public reputation, judai is largely unknown and enjoys his freedom of anonymity. unfortunately, due to the nature of his work, he is extremely hard to reach and is known to disappear from time to time. despite everything, gentle darkness will continue its never-ending war with the light of destruction.

during academia - verse / repose : this verse will follow his lifestyle as a student. the first two years will showcase him as energetic and carefree, someone who lives in the moment, up until his final year where he is much more distance and brooding. again, canon can pretty much be a blueprint for interactions, but please be aware that i dislike the pacing of s3 and prefer to plot things out should that period be explored.

past life - verse / archiac : before the reemergence of haou and the birth of judai, the gentle darkness had a vessel many centuries ago that went beyond the era of atlantis. originally an orphan, the child was eventually adopted by a power-hungry king who sought to exploit his powers. the child, seeking to atone for his friend's grotesque transformation, obeyed the king's demand and was raised to be the perfect military prince. during this time, the gentle darkness was known to be the only protection against the light of destruction, and with it followed a heavy burden and expectation. the young prince grew and as he got older, his heart overcame so many challenges until paranoia starts to consume him and eventually lead him to his own undoing.

alt student verse - verse / alternus : an alternative judai where he does not send yubel away. under yubel's guardianship, judai ends up being isolated and feared amongst his classmate and peers at such an early age. his isolation leads him to focus more on alchemy and history. naturally, this alternative verse means that judai's personality has greatly shifted closer to someone who is much more introverted and cynical.

persona 3/4 verse : in the very distant past, haou took the role of the fool who manifested the world arcana. his soul fell into a deep slumber until he reawakens again to the calling of the velvet room. without any memories of his past, he takes up the identity known as judai and acts as an attendant and fusion master. his personality is notably innocent, with his curiosity towards the human world being similar to theo and elizabeth. his side quest likely has to do with fetching him collectable and telling heroic stories.

p5 verse : an alternate verse that is connected to one above, where judai is a student of shinjin academy. despite appearing as a normal student, judai still maintains his status as a former velvet room attendant. after igor's capture and yaldaboath's subjection of the velvet room, judai is cast aside as an entity that yaldaboath could not control. judai regains his former abilities as a wild card, and is capable of fusion during mid battle. although he is not an official phantom thief, he is known to casually assist and drop clues in their endeavor.

code geass : a former master of the geass order, with the code name haou. in the past, he assisted in britannia's conquest of the world, and was previously an advisor to the imperial family. however, his position as an immortal becomes a greatly sought after status, and he was betrayed by a member of the geass order. a failed assassination attempt ultimately lead him to be an amnesiac. eventually he was relocated in area eleven where he takes up the name judai and joins the black knights. he is extremely talented when it comes to piloting a knightmare frame, and due to his prior status as an immortal, he is immune to geass.

sailor moon : formerly a conquer amongst stars, haou is an agent of chaos who works independently from shadow galactica. under chaos orders he descends to earth and masquerades as a civilian in order to further assist in chaos' goal. verse still in progress --- tho more likely leaning towards crystal tokyo era.

FF versus xiii : once blessed by the goddess of death, the conqueror known as haou united the smaller non-blessed states into one huge empire known as niflheim. under his human lifetime, he sought to combat the slumbering bhunivelze's deceptive light. haou was the reason why solheim's crystal shattered, and as punishment he fell into a transformatuve state known as crystal stasis. he was later uncovered many centuries too late where he reawakens without any memories of his past. taken under solheim's temporary protection, judai is thrown into the modern world of politics and divine intervention. needless to say, he too inherited the eyes of etro.
