Of course she’d sniffed out the cigarette. There was no way she’d spotted him, seeing as how she was inebriated beyond the a normal measure. Keith chose to ignore her call, not particularly feeling up to sitting in the lawn like a damn hippie. Plus, he wasn’t about sharing either. Even if Sara seemed alright, he wasn’t about to do her a favor for shits and giggles.
When no response came from the peanut gallery over on the porch, Sara pushed herself up--nearly falling flat on her face in the process. “Fuck...” Recovering quickly, she continues to push herself up, until she was standing on wobbly legs. “Helloooooooooo! I know you’re still there! Come out, come out wherever you are!” She took a couple, shaky steps forward. “Pleaaaaase come out, and play with me,” she called--a small pout crossing over her lips.
