currently obsessed with the river of london books, my whole tiktok is like reviews for them, and they're so dense (british landmarks, railroad stuff, agricultural jargon) and british but god i love them so much and the characters feel like old friends
i'm back, i'm reading the caraval series, and honestly i'm not enjoying it a whole lot. i'm thirsting for the men, and intrigued by the mystery, and that is IT. i'm fighting myself every day not to look up fanart and spoil it for myself.
read the devil's night book. loved them quite a bit more than i wanted to.
almost finished the into darkness duology (trilogy soon) and can i just say: josh is EVERYTHING
i have not posted in a while: i finish, on average, four books a week but this includes audiobooks and fanfiction
it took me 8 days to finish pride and prejudice and sometimes it felt like learning a different language. i LOVED the book. it was like watching the movie really slowly

i finished one dark window yesterday while i was at work and i'm now obsessed. i thought "i guess two twisted crowns will literally just be a part two" and then the thing at the end happened and i'm just consumed by the story. i don't get into fantasy much. but i can get into THIS. also mmc with a big unique nose? SIGN ME UP. all the homies love a UNIQUE nose. god, i want them to make this into a movie so i can drown in it. im so happy i borrowed the book off andy. but also, i don't understand how two twisted crowns could possibly be BETTER than one dark window. i'm going to read it now, monday, and tuesday and that should be enough time. want to start and finish a book on wednesday, probably handmaids tale.

finished harry potter and the philosopher's stone, room for two, and if he had been with me. started onyx storm but marked it as a DNF because i didn't realise it was the third book in a series.
now listening to an audiobook (after the siren) and finishing waifs and strays (dramione fanfic). might try to grab one day window off a friend tomorrow.
