I’m sorry for leaving like this. I just don't have the courage left to look you in the eyes and say this out loud.
I look back and all I see are the ruins of what we tried to save. Beacon, Penny, Atlas… it feels like every time I try to be the leader you need, someone else pays the price. I can’t keep building my optimism on top of your sacrifices.
