i feel like im at that point again where I’m so depressed that all I want to do is sleep as soon as i wake up and it’s the worst time to feel this way cause finals... but im literally taking sleeping pills every day. i take them at around 4pm and then wake up at 7am and then lie on my bed and then take sleeping pills again.
