Chronic illness meant my 24 hours was all occuring inside the walls of my home, but the excercise (thanks Frankie and Lynda Barry) helped me realise it still meant grocceries, and gaming, and watching a favourite show with my partner, and yes, staring up at the ceiling too.

this morning’s practice session prompts 🥰

during the zoom yesterday, i really reflected on what felt true to me and what energies they reflected. i have always wanted to be a witch at a magical boarding school (in a hex hall/simon snow kind of way, not harry potter). i kept thinking back to frankie saying this is alchemy. so this is now my spell book! and here are five main ingredients with their symbols for me to carry throughout my spell book! and reintroducing witch grandmerin (rather than wizard grandmerin)! i bookmarked this page so i can copy these symbols throughout my pages to help cast my spells as needed (: it feels cringe, but rather than scare myself away, i’m leaning fully into it
