howw do you have such a nice bod? what do you do for your workout? Are you a yoga freak? do you also go to pilates/hot yoga? I am trying to lose weight and I have a belly fat mostly but i have also gained a lot of weight throughout since I am very unactive and I stay at home all day so its been hard. any tips would be appreciated.

Try and find movements that you enjoy is the most important! I’ve always been very active since childhood & i love walking a lot. My routine consists of morning yoga/stretch every day and weight training/pilates around 4x/week. There’s plenty good ressources on youtube to get started for free :)
